location and fact that it had two bedrooms

small misunderstanding only. nothing major but one bedroom should’ve had two single beds.

very comfortable apartment with big rooms .

damaged bath towels , no hand towels , bad smell in the corridors , travel cots without mattresses

Tv doesn’t work, oven doesn’t work, Head shower drops to zero after 3 minutes of use, for the following guests, leave 2-3 dishwasher tablets.

Decor was modern and clean, location was great. Warm and quiet. Beds comfortable and good table in the kitchen. Lovely warm welcome from Barbara

Could be better if: there were items to clean kitchen and bathroom, brush for floor etc, or an option to have a cleaner in every 24 or 48 hours for multi night stays 1 towel per person was left for a 4 night stay with no obvious soap powder to wash them If this is being used as self catering, a welcome pack with instructions for taking out rubbish and new bags for bin would help 3 seater sofa for a 'sleeps 6' property

The building is a bit of an eye sore, but the apartment itself was excellent: spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck outside.

Wish there had been an electrical adapter for European plugs,

Good and tidy but too hot within for some reason.

Rusty bath and the shower head not fitting properly.

The fact that i had covid so was unable to make my booking so i notified both booking.com and Skyvillian apartments directly 13 days before and because it wasn't 14 days they still charged me with no consideration whatsoever, the contact number was a mobile number and when i rang I wasn't answered to and just sent a text saying "can i call you later" !! And recieved no call, brutally unprofessional or understanding in these difficult times when cost of living is so high and i had acquired covid £370 was still taken regardless
