Location was great. Apartment was clean and tidy.
We arrived quite late and was sitting in the apartment talking, when the neighbour started banging on the wall. There was no music playing just talking. We spoke to the neighbour the next day, she said the walls are so thin you can hear everything.
On day 2 the main 2 lifts stopped working, up until we left they were not repaired.
On arrival we were given the keys a door fob and a parking permit. We were asked upon departure to leave keys and fob on the table, which we did. We left, dropped the car off at the airport and was then bombarded with emails and phoncalls asking where the parking permit was, i informed them we were only asked to leave the keys an fob, not the permit. We were then threatened with an £80.00 charge as it was not handed in. We were never asked and there is nothing in the booking to tell you to leave this.
I would not recommend this apartment for a family or anyone who can talk or you will be harassed by your neighbours.

Ease of location to enfield Town Station for London.
Uncomfortable beds, lack of toiletries, shampoo / conditioner/ showergels etc.
Towels far to rough , need conditioning with comfort etc
Some of the decor/ fitting need attention ( wardrobe doors loose, tv very unresponsive) lack of frying pan etc ( lifts very jerky)
I could go on but i wont!

We were in touch with the owner before arriving and asked if we could store our luggage as we had a very early flight. On arrival, the building manager Barbara was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Very helpful owner and Building Manager. It was great to get able to drop the bags, go out and then come back. The apartment was spotless and the toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. There were also teabags and coffee and there are a lot of shops within a 10 minute walk or less.
Train station is only a 10 minute walk away with trains every 30 minutes.
The apartment was lovely, spacious and comfortable and having two bathrooms was a real plus. The only downside was the duvets were too light so I would recommend replacing them or having spare blankets to hand.

Self contained apartment with full cooking equipment. Clean and comfortable with a great view from fourth floor balcony. Good safe parking under apartment block. Lift access to our floor direct from car park. 10 minutes walk to Enfield Town Station and shops selling all one needs for a stop over. Easy train links straight in to London (under one hour). Saves the fight driving and congestion charge etc.

The apartment was modern and large, the area has everything you need and it's very easy to train into central London. The lovely lady running the complex (Barbara) was very helpful and did so much work to try and resolve our problems, she is a star! Thank you!
When we arrived we were told we had to move apartments and were given a smaller apartment without the "Stunning view" which was a shame but was caused by a maintenance issue apparently. The wifi was SOOOO slow, couldn't even stream YouTube.

Everything was outstanding! Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms were lovely too with amazing facilities. The location was great aswel. The property owner had exceptional customer service and ensured the property was ready in such a short space of time due to our last minute booking. I have nothing bad to say about my stay here, will certainly be coming back to stay.

Lovely homey feel to the flat.
Nice balcony.
Slight smell of smoke when entering the flat and the kitchen tap makes a squeaking noise every now and again. I had to put a hairband around it to stop the noise, but the overall standard of the flat was lovely and these things didnt put us off staying again sometime :0)

The location is great, near shops and park. The apartment was mostly fine, clean and comfortable beds. Note- we were not staying in the one we booked (and I was told the one we were given was better than the one advertised) so I can't speak for the apartment we booked. The person responsible for meeting and greeting is very friendly and responsive.
We booked this appartment but when we arrived we were put in a different apartment, with no notice. We hadn't realised the apartment was one of many owned by a company. The apartment we were given had a few small problems- a bit shabby such as a broken chest of drawers, not enough crockery, doors wouldn't open fully as furniture placed in the way) but the main issue was that the balcony was considerably smaller than the one we had booked. This was a big problem for us as we could only meet family and friends outside due to COVID restrictions, and the balcony in the flat we were given was not big enough to acommodate extra people. We wish the owner had informed us before we arrived as it may have made a difference to our plans and we found the lack of communication spoiled the start of our stay. We asked for some compensation but this was refused and we didn't follow up because we hadn't seen family in months and didn't want to spend the holiday sorting out a money dispute, but we would not deal with this company again.

I am a regular customer with the managing team at tower point. They have great 1-2 bedroom apartments and never fail to amaze you with their excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Never disappoint.
