Caravan park is a family only site which was great. Evening entertainment was good. Arcade games available. Choice of heated indoor swimming pool and outdoor one which were open all day with life guards. Beautiful beaches and stunning views. WiFi inside own caravan was perfect. Staff at park was very helpful and polite.

Restaurants are over expensive. Not much in terms of shopping available locally. No ATM on site. Nearest is about 15 min drive. There is literally no cell phone signal on site, no network.

This caravan was immaculate and in a great position on the site for Valley views. The location is easy to find and situated a 5 minute drive from the beach and 10/15 minutes into Newquay itself. Amazing that it had a bath making family life with my 2 year old super easy on our stay. Nicola the host was very helpful when I had a question about the use of facilities on the site and resolved my issue straight away. Great communication

Its been difficult times of late and so some of the facilities on site were limited or not available which was a little disappointing. Not necessarily the fault of this host. However of your currently looking for a comfortable and homely base whilst holidaying in Newquay this is definitely a great spot and I’m sure things will improve

Good location, lovely beaches. Caravan owner was good with communication. The caravan itself was spotless, comfortable and a lovely extra touch from the owner of a bottle of wine, crisps and biscuits, very lovely. Caravan had everything you needed and was presented very well by the owner.

Location and cleanliness were top notch.

Conveniently located, very clean, all the necessary facilities, with a very thoughtful 'welcome pack', this is just the accommodation that we needed.

Loved that it was as exactly what it said ‘luxurious’ 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. Nice little welcome basket made up for no coffee.

The caravan was much bigger then we expected with an ensuite in the master bedroom with a bath. It was extremely clean with the oven looking like it had never been used. Having the free WiFi was essential to plan days out as there was no phone reception at all, which is nice when escaping for a week. The onsite indoor swimming pool was perfect for our toddler who loved jumping around. It is a large pool with plenty of space. The local Porth beach was great for a day out or just an evening walk. The location as a whole was great with many beaches and things to do within about a 30 min drive. Communication with Nicola throughout was great via Booking.com and WhatsApp. Will book again when back in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked through the door we felt so relaxed and excited for our getaway. The little touches such as the welcome basket and milk in the fridge shows how mindful Nicola is and really put a smile on our faces. The caravan is stunning, really nice features and interior and we definitely felt 'at home' whilst here. The location is perfect with a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. The site of the property is really rather impressive. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you so much for a memorable stay :-)

This place was spotless clean and Nicola (The host) was so quick to respond to all of our queries. The caravan had a lovely homely feeling and the location was perfect to explore all the beauty which Cornwall had to offer. Nicola also had some nice touches such as leaving us a bottle of wine and biscuits as well as some milk for the teas! :) All in all this was the first time we have done this type of holiday as a family and it was a great experience.

Loved my stay there. The host Nicola was so lovely, helpful and understanding, and really went the extra mile for us. The caravan itself is really comfortable and cosy. The holiday park was peaceful and calm. We tried the indoor pool and restaurant which we enjoyed very much. The restaurant has entertainment every evening. I'll definitely book again!
