Very good position in the city and clean new room!

An expensive parking for overnight stay at the square in front of the hotel.

Room compact but small area

Place is clean and in a great location but is extremely unsafe especially if travelling alone. On the last night if my stay a group had gained access to the apartments ( you are given a code for the door and your room, I can only assume they gave the code to others) from 1am until around 5.30 am the group did not stop banging and kicking doors, screaming, fighting, there was no reception so no way of calling for help, I left 3 messages on the contact page and tried to call police as it was very scary. Finally spoke to someone at around 4.30 and their advice was to lock my door and they would check the cctv, I still have not been contacted by anyone at the apartments to explain what happened or what they did about it. I was travelling to Poland at 10 the next morning , on no sleep and after having a panic attack it the middle of the night If travelling on your own I wouldn't recommend, the apartment itself was perfect but not having any contact or any security close is a no go for me.

We stayed in February and the room was a little cold even after we tried to turn the heat to the maximum.

Great location near every thing you need or want to see close to the train station very comfortable and quiet. Also close. To the tram station.

I really have no complaints

We came to visit the Memorial museum so for that it delivered. From the hotel is just best to rent a car because it's complicated to go around in the city without. The hotel was easy to find and is located in a nice place.

The room was super small (don't even fit a big suitcase open on the floor). Also to access the 3rd floor you don't have an elevator. It is also very far from the train station and you don't have direct public transport.

Beginning of September: it was calm outside, no noise coming from the street. Excellent location. Good quality for its price. Clean room. Good free wi-fi. An elevator.

There is no staff at the reception, actually there is no reception, instead you get a code to open the front door of the hotel and the same code for your apartment door. Bathroom cabine has a small water leakage, so I would advise you to check the isolation.

Good location in the centre of Caen. Public underground parking is available a 1 minute walk away and very secure. Good accommodation and great for a quick one night stay.

Confirmation email was in French and I don’t read French very well. We were not sure which apartment was ours.

I did like the code access method. I also like the location of the property and the underground payed parking in front of the building. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped although, because of the size of the room you couldn't seriously think of cooking. The microwave oven was well appreciated. The bathroom is almost a good size.

The size of the room is minute. The elevator doesn't go to the last floor and the connecting stairs creacked like you've never heard before. For the almost exactly the same money we had a double sized room with more facilities in Rennes.
