We’ve have stayed in many places during our travels in South America and this is by far the best, the location is amazing, not too far from anywhere, the bed is huge with exceptional quality sheets and pillows, the apartment is so big and has everything you could need including a really cool roof top terrace with hot tub and pool and hammocks to chill out in. Last but not least the staff here are just amazing, Jacob and Lucy couldn’t have done enough for us, we would recommend to anybody!

Lots of things about this property are great - the pool, staff, spacious and modern apartments. it’s in a quiet location also, albeit a slightly longer walk to beach.

I wasn’t sure if there was any housekeeping done while there. I requested extra towels on way occasion and they were promptly supplied. my friend brought back alot of sand from the beach on day 2 and this remained in the apartment for the rest of our stay… I do love these apartments though and think a few little tweaks could make them amazing - such as regular housekeeping or communicate the process to guests. I hanging shower shelf for guests to put their toiletries on in the shower.

Jacob was exceptional at making sure our stay felt like a second home. I’ve stayed multiple times and can’t wait for my next trip back!

Everything was absolutely perfect and had so much thought and detail put into it. My husband and I couldn’t wait to come back home each day and just relax at the hotel. It was so homey and had everything we could ever need.

I think the only thing that I wished we had was a way to wash our clothes while we were there.

This place was spectacular and I would absolutely stay here again. It is clear that the owner Jacob put a ton of thought into all the little personal touches. From the delicious pastries and coffee offered in the rooftop lounge in the morning, to the beautiful furnishings, everything was lovely. The common areas and pool were wonderful, our apartment was clean and comfy. I did a few zoom meetings and the internet was impeccable. The building has a water filtration system so you can drink the tap water, which isn't a feature that's easy to come by in MX. The location was a bit off the beaten path, which was a plus as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. It was still very walkable to lots of good restaurants and attractions. I cannot say enough about this place and would highly recommend it!

What’s not to like? The property is beautiful! everything about the unique furnished condos to the relaxing rooftop to the fresh coffee and fresh sweet bread! Once you check in it’s hard to check out! This is seriously my favorite place to stay at every time I am in Puerto Vallarta! This is my home away from home! It also helps that the staff is super friendly! I can’t wait to be back!

Can't say enough good things! Host and all staff are lovely, so friendly and helpful. Facilities are fresh, clean, modern, wonderfully decorated. Many beautiful and interesting photo spots, particularly on the wonderful rooftop patio/pool. So many thoughtful touches throughout: snacks in the room, pastries fruit and coffee on the rooftop every morning, extra shared sunscreen/bug spray if needed, huge ice dispenser. Location was perfect for us, close to downtown, so much within easy walking distance, in a lovely more-local area. 100% would recommend for stays in PV ZR!

A hidden gem that is our new favorite place to stay. Located near the river in a quiet area close to markets, stores and anything needed. About a 15 minute walk to the beaches. large rooms, comfortable beds, filtered water on site for drinking and one of the best rooftops around. Loved our stay and we will be back.

The roof top pool and patio was awesome. The management and concierge were excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

It was a bit noisy because of the way the building was constructed and building construction in the area. Mexico is noisy in the city, but there was no insulation from noise in the hall and outside on the street.

Amazing service. Even fruits and cakes for the morning at disposal. Super friendly hosts. The pool / jacuzzi area is just stunning. A big thank you to all of you. We will be back again and again Jacob !

Fantastic apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Good wifi, ac, and an excellent view. Easy check in and check out. The rooftop pool is an added bonus. This condo isnt at the hotel location , but in a fantastic neighborhood near the centro. Highly recommended.
