No cooking facilities but provided with Toaster and Microwave which enough for basic needs

We had reduced numbers due to illness. Unfortunately we weren't able to change to fewer rooms.

The location was excellent, the host was very lovely, and everything was clean and tidy.

Handy location, with loads of choice for takeouts all within easy walking. Friendly host. Roomy and comfortable studio.

No sink in the kitchenette. Office was on the back verandah.

Because close to another room like a large home I heard the people next door r talking most of the night and early morning. In the end out the concert programme on low all Night to block out the noise

Although only one night the stay was great and restful. The little extra thought provided was fantastic eg ear plugs if needed due to road noise ( we did not use them), a torch and no need to wash dishes in the hand basin as they were taken away for cleaning.

I loved the place, it was neat and tidy. The hostess was excellent and provided high customer service. The location was fabulous, it was easy to get around town from where we stayed.
