El lugar muy bien localizado, metro cerca. Habitación confortable y limpia.

La llegada fue muy confusa, no os habían explicado que la recepción estaba en otro sitio ni que teníamos que hacer para acceder, aunque habíamos informado de la hora de llegada y todo.

The location in the Prati district was great. Walkable to all locations. Early check-in was accomodated.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly. A text message was sent and I was informed that they would get back to me, but the management never did. Instructions for check in were never communicated or sent.

No breakfast although I was not expecting that but wifi either. There was no wifi unbelievable.

The property was not what I reserved it was in another place they were not honest with us. And no wifi, room very small and bathroom had mold.

I feel that a change of towels should be included in the price paid especially for 4 night stay. Toliet paper was not replenished by cleaning staff and I ended up going looking for some. Shower Head was broken and did not sit upright. Plug sockets built into the furnished headboards were not very secure and didnt always work. These came away from the wall at time which is a safety hazard. The window shutter in our room was painted closed to the window so we were unable to close the window fully allowing extra noise in.

The location is perfect! And the room looks okay.

Unfortunately you are not able to get in contact with the property very well. Besides that we did not have warm water for days and so we were not able to shower. The property did not provide us with an solution.
