great location 2 mins to beach lovely big house apartment was the cleanest we have stoped at and all the treets in fridge was very good well done you felt lovely and safe very nice location will stop there again when we go back

Room a little smaller than expected, lots of transmitted sound from landing.

Super clean studio, lovely little touches with the dressing gowns, welcome gifts, information in the guide. Comfy mattress. Hot water (super hot!). Clean apartment. Parking vouchers easy to use. We had a lovely stay.

We didn't dislike anything at all! Just a suggestion for the future maybe. For workers/late arrivals a microwave in the kitchenette would have been great. We got in from long days labouring and really just wanted a hot shower, bite to eat and collapse. A microwave pasta dinner and breakfast porridge would have been the icing on the cake to save us having to go out again to eat or wait for food deliveries which take over an hour. It's not advertised with one so this isn't a negative!

It's a beautifully appointed mini apartment with all you need for a break away and it is immaculate! Having booked before I knew it would be welcoming and quiet plus the manager is so helpful I felt completely relaxed. The location is excellent for exploring Southsea, Portsmouth and beyond plus easy parking right outside.

Location was fine, shower was easy to operate and had a proper mat, plenty of tea and coffee available to make. IN a basic sort of way, very satisfactory. When I locked myself out on the Sunday morning, the texted advice was prompt and exactly what I needed.

Getting into the house in the dark was difficult, as I couldn't work out where the key box was: it turned out to be what I'd thought was a burglar alarm, as a resident told me when he happened to emerge while I was flailing. The light that comes on near the porch goes off almost immediately. Once inside, you need to know how to switch the lights on: advice (which is very simple) needs to be given in advance. Room could do with a chair (there is none!) and some kind of table or surface to put things on (books, papers).

We liked the location: we had stayed in a similar place several times before. It is convenient to explore historic Portsmouth and is on a major bus line. We have bus passes and parking in Portsmouth is expensive. The apartment was small but obviously new. All the fittings were unmarked. It was warm and the beds were good.

The description said that there was a kitchenette: I like to cook so had brought eggs, bacon pasta and vegetables. And all that there was was a microwave. And I brought it all home again... A microwave can only reheat bought food and I think that should be made clearer. We are both over 70 and my wife had to get down on her knees to open the shower door: very hard to open.

Lovely apartment and very well located in a quiet road for exploring Southsea or hopping over to the Isle of Wight for the day. Spotlessly clean with some lovely nibbles and drinks left to make you feel welcome . Very comfortable bed and a powerful hot shower. Great communication from the host with clear instructions on how to access the property on arrival and how to contact them should any problems arise. Would thoroughly recommend. We will be staying again.

Nothing I didn’t like. Fantastic place

The studio was very modern, clean and tidy. It was also lovely being greeted with some complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

They had lovely touches - a guidebook & in their personal guest book they recommended restaurants and places to go it was SO helpful! The location was perfect & you could hire their bikes which are much cheaper & easier to park than electric scooters! They also provide robes & slippers. The room was lovely & the little touches really made it perfect

The studio is too small. It is better to say the ensuit double room. No any people there for check in and check out. No elevator. The stair is very small, so not for people who has luggage. Pay attention to additional charge, so would recommend to stay at hotel. ------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for your reply. Why not provide your address to me to bring it to the court, as I have already informed you I will bring this case to the small claims court and this is also what you do want? I have requested twice for your address but you fail to provide it. As you have done that you inform all hosts, I will also inform all related governmental departments for this case and provide evidences to them which I have already informed you.

Location and cleanliness of the property.

This was a great stay. The studio is perfectly located, a road away from the beach with parks, lakes and rose gardens one street away. The facilities were great; high pressured shower, comfy bed, toiletries, drinks, a fridge and coffee machine. The owners were a great help and responded very quickly. There is also a great local guide book they’ve put together.

This only thing missing is a small table but everything else was great

Very clean. Excellent facilities. Extras for free included chocolate, biscuits and drinks in the fridge. Well decorated and maintained. Nice touch was the dressing gowns and slippers. Bed was comfortable and linen and towels were of a high standard. Had a relaxing stay.

Not much to say but okay space for one a bit of a stretch for two.

I like the goodies, sweets and drinks

The owner never responds to calls, even when you leave a message. Till today our deposit has not been returned. Despite calls and messages. A month later we got a message from the owner mixing us up with another resident who stayed there almost a month after we visited. Saying we bridged terms and condition . All efforts to clarify their obvious mistake has been futile since they wont pick calls.

Lovely and clean room . Comfy bed. Great location. Would definitely recommend
