Very good location. Luca is a very nice and helpful host, he helped us with directions and recommendations for places to eat. The apartment a good size, clean, comfortable beds, had everything we needed including plenty of snacks for breakfast, coffee, tea, water and juice. Lovely terrace for breakfast or morning coffee.

Luca is an incredible host. He communicated superbly in advance. He was there to meet upon arrival. He accommodated an early check-in. He has posted a huge map of the subway system and explained the best ways to get around. The apartment is very nice, it is in a very safe area with many small cafes and quite a few restaurants, and Luca kept it stocked with all kinds of foods and beverages. He also arranged for us an excellent and timely taxi driver to drop us to the airport. If I go back to Milan, I will try and stay here again!

The shower cubicle in the second bathroom is a little small for a large adult. Not a complaint, but an observation for future travellers to keep in mind.

The apartment was very well equipped and the owner provident an assortment of items for breakfast, e.g. fruit juice, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, fruit, cookies and so forth. It was spacious (two bedrooms and two bathrooms) and very quiet. There was an elevator to the floor of the flat, which was invaluable, because we had some heavy bags. The underground metro station (Loreto) was just a very short walk away and it connected to 2 of the major metro lines in the City of Milan, with easy transfer to the other lines. in addition, just a relatively short walk away, one could catch the historic tram line #1 (at Via Venini- Via Battaglia stop)which leads into the center of the City and stops at the major attractions or points of interest. The tram cars on this line are approximately 100 years old and it was a pleasure to ride them. The Wi-Fi was very easy to connect to and the air-conditioning was a life saver. the English speaking owner was very hospitable and attentive and easy to reach by WhatsApp, to answer any questions. The price of the stay was correct.

Mr. Luca is very nice and very reachable; the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfortable staying . A lot of locally restaurants, pizza places near the apartment.

Luca was a fantastic host. We appreciated the fruit, drinks and breakfast foods. He was available for questions. Would highly recommend.

Luca was excellent, the way he talks and helps the guest is something extraordinary. r RRyou ll find such person rarely. we were late to the house on arrival he waited in the cold night for us. he has all the information in his house. restaurants details, maps, games for kids,etc

Bathrooms are not attached to bedroom One cor was broken, had to pull the mattresses down and slept breakfast was not upto the mark.q

To start, the host was incredibly helpful and friendly and helped us with our luggage checking in, as well as giving local recommendations. The place is very clean and tidy, and we were provided everything we could need! Breakfast provisions were excellent and very generous, toiletries were provided as well as a hairdryer. The place is also located right near the metro which was very handy. We had a wonderful time and would go again.

Only two bedrooms for 6 people, but still plenty enough beds, was just a bit squashy. Nothing on the property though, just worth nothing if you’re going with a group and wanted some more privacy. :)

Perfect Location next to metro station and 10min from Central Station. The tarrace was a big bonus. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Luca is a great person. Very nice, helpful and attentive to the needs of customers. Location close to the subway. Clean apartment in an interesting old building. Great value for money.

Clean quiet, spacious, safe, well stocked with food. Good value outside the old part of the city. Location can be a bit of a walk because of how the metro stops are situated. Host was extremely good communicator and very accommodating.

Everything from the warmest of welcomes to being given an extra hour to check out without even asking. Very well stocked with a great breakfast choice, linen, bathroom accessories down to toothpaste, 2 hairdryers too. Both bathrooms very good, excellent showers too. Very comfortable single beds, the double a bit lumpy though was acceptable. There is a lovely wee patio overlooking the large buildings inner patio. There is a lovely table, chairs and sun umbrella. Lovely to sit out in an evening. There are many eateries, array of shops nearby and a stone's through from an excellent metro. I would highly recommend

Only two things could be improved on, a new toaster (hardly toasted bread) and as mentioned the mattress for the double bed could be done with replacing

The hosts, Luca and Alberto, were fantastic! They were hospitable and accommodating.

The breakfast and food provided was such a welcome bonus and greatly appreciated. There was much more than expected. The hosts were very responsive and extremely helpful. It's a beautiful space and we loved the bathrooms and bedrooms and all the food provided. Would definitely recommend.

I was really happy with everything, I have no complaints.

Fabulous apartment just 2 minutes from loreto station. Apartment was spotless, two big bedrooms with double bed in one, three singles in second. two bathrooms. Nice kitchen and living room. We appreciated the supplies left for us for breakfast and also the recommendations for restaurants nearby. Terrace outside was the highlight. A brilliant base for our weekend in Milan. Thank you!

Nice appartement, host was very helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out and pick them up later. Location is close to the Metro (10 minutesto the Duomo), not the nicest neighborhood tho.

property was just perfect. Everything is on your doorstep and if you need to get anywhere it’s very easy to work out you have the subway in round the corner so anywhere you want to go is €2
