Beach Cottage (n. 1) è una casa sulla spiaggia privata a 2 piani, deliziosa, luminosa, accogliente vicino alla spiaggia. Arredi di prima classe in tutto.
Le magnifiche spiagge di Torquay sono solo a pochi passi di distanza. Splendidamente arredato, completamente autonomo con ingresso indipendente, giardino e parcheggio fuori strada. Beach Cottage ha a disposizione fino a 3 camere da letto di buone dimensioni e può ospitare da 2 a 6 persone. Al piano superiore si trova la cucina / sala da pranzo / soggiorno e una camera da letto QS. Al piano inferiore, è la camera da letto principale QS con bagno privato più un'altra camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e il bagno principale.
Beach Cottages sono perfetti per quella vacanza intima, romantica e tuttavia abbastanza grande per la famiglia. Pernottamento, fine settimana o alloggio settimanale. Il complesso Beach Cottages Torquay si trova all'angolo tra 121 The Esplanade e Aquilla Avenue, Torquay - proprio sopra la strada dalle nostre magnifiche spiagge. A pochi passi da negozi. Breve passeggiata ai campi da tennis gratuiti, parco giochi per bambini, pista per passeggiate Deep Creek.
Situato sulla spiaggia significa che ci godiamo la brezza del mare pomeridiano nelle giornate calde con ventilatori a soffitto montati in entrambe le case. L'aria condizionata a ciclo inverso è inoltre montata.

It was perfect, fantastic light lounge and kitchen, great mattresses and quiet at night for sleeping. Wonderful location just across the road from the beach and a short dive to the main shops.
We also loved the off road parking and relaxing in the bath and it's great having two bathrooms.

Had a lovely break in Torquay over New Years, great beaches, beautiful restaurants, especially The Kyn. Some lovely drives down Ocean Road, especially our visit to Cape Otway. Thanks for a stay

The house was fine but the stove top didn’t work too well. location was ok, nice and quiet and very close to the beach but not so close to other amenities.

Torquay beachside
A cosy property in a superb position. Upstairs heats up very readily <28deg days -not sure how the air-con would cope in hotter weather. Couches were very uncomfortable for us. Lovely garden setting. Great walking paths nearby with little need for the car once there.

Would recommend this rental great location walkable distance to beach with kids.
Great little house provided with everything plus lots of little extra’s shampoo, dish washing liquid salt pepper.
Would like to see dead lock on front door as we had child with special needs.
A a lock on driveway gate that locks , but otherwise couldn’t fault accommodation will be back, we loved our short stay.

Relaxing
Sandra is a good host and her property is clean and spacious enough for the 5 of us. Close walking distance to the water but I was disappointed with the lack of water views. I would certainly recommend to other families.

Wonderful Cosy Cottage
We had a weekend stay here for two of us to participate in the Great Ocean & Otway Classic Ride. Sandra was great with information prior to our arrival, and was happy for us to check-out a little later than usual. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival.
The property is quite private, but close to The Esplanade and beach. The living space is not huge, but was fine for 3 adults and 1 child. A well-appointed kitchen made meal preparation easy. The only minor hassle for residents in the upstairs bedroom is that the toilets and bathrooms are all downstairs.
We very much enjoyed our short stay, and plan to return during slightly warmer weather to make the most of the proximity to the beach!

The property was beautifully presented and looked exactly like the photos in the listing. We even had an unexpected peek at the ocean through the kitchen window.

Most enjoyable stay
Our stay in the Beach Cottage was very relaxing as our host Sandra left no detail unattended, so clean and lots of supplies provided. Location perfect close to beach front and a nice walk to main shops. Thankyou Sandra for an enjoyable stay, will defiantly be back for a longer stay next time. Amalia. L

Great place for a break.
Sandra was helpful and prompt in her replies to my enquiry’s. Booking was simple. The location was 20 minute walk to town centre and cafes and a 4 minute drive. Beach was across the road so 2 minute walk. House was lovely, peaceful clean and well equipped. We had a lovely stay and would book again.

GREAT LITTLE COTTAGE
Perfectly positioned - two minute walk to the beach and around 5 minutes to the main street. Very comfy all round with a beautiful garden to sit in and enjoy. Will definitely be back. Thankyou Sandra.

This place is in a fabulous location- close to the beach, a walk into town centre but far away to avoid the busyness of peak holiday season. The cottage had everything we needed and was a little oasis. Thanks.

Immaculate accommodation
Excellent accommodation, easy to book and pay online, contact details for owners available and easy to access, easy to find in a quiet street with ocean views from top floor, a 5 minute walk to the beach, everything you need in the accommodation for a family holiday, immaculate house very clean so we could let our baby crawl around, lovely yard with lush lawn for the kids to play on, all the comforts of home in a convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon and make it our regular holiday accommodation.

Mini Stay
We all loved our mini- stay at Beach Cottages No 1. the cottage was beautiful in its own way, fabulously clean and so welcoming. We will certainly be coming back, and for longer breaks next time.

Great Location, Beautiful Property
Great location, very quite, owner has thought of everything (e.g. glad wrap, hot water bottles), nice lawn area for kids games, very clean. Only downside was 1 A/C in upstairs living area but didn't bother us as it wasn't that hot during our stay.

Fabulous property.
Our stay was restful and very enjoyable. We were visiting family nearby and found the location of the house perfect. Very quiet surroundings, close to the beach, cafes and walking paths.

Excellent Hoilday House
We loved our 7 night stay in cottage 1. Three children and 2 adults very clean and comfortable, easy walk to park, beach, and street. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Family Property!
This was the perfect beach stay property for my family over the Easter break this year. We were 3 couples and a baby. We all fit, comfortably and the property had everything you could need for a few days away. The big back yard was a bonus and so loved how close it was to everything in the town.

Large house with a short walk to the beach
We stayed in Beach house 2. It had an ensuite and walk in robe attached to main bedroom and 2 living areas. Unfortunately for us the heating was grossly inadequate. Also 2 x overhead lights not working.

Plenty of room, neat and tidy, what more could you ask for? Close to the beach with a big back yard that had a gas BBQ. Perfect for our first family get away.
