Appartement idéalement situé dans Annecy, pas besoin de prendre la voiture ! Logement moderne, nous étions 8 dans 2 appartements différents situés l’un en face de l’autre, donc parfait même si nous n’étions pas toutes dans le même appartement. Mention spéciale pour la douche juste géniale, et le proprio adorable !

Il n’y a rien que nous n’ayons pas aimé, nous n’avons manqué de rien :)

Location was perfect, just beside the old town area and near the bus station.

When I made the reservation, there was clear information that breakfast is included and airport shuttle arranged (free of charge). Breakfast could have been ordered by extra cost, and airport shuttle was not existing. The host said that there is no free breakfast in french site and no airport shuttle. Also booking.com claimed that there is no breakfast or airport shuttle in the reservation confirmation. However, they were there when I was choosing and reserving the apartment (airport shuttle is actually still there in english pages). Finally, all the information in the room were in french only.

The apartment has been beautifully appointed, with much thought going into every detail. It is just stunning and if it’s available I would highly recommend it!!

Really superb location right in the heart of the old town. Note it is a medieval style building with narrow winding staircase, but for us it was worth lugging the the suitcase up!. Compact but well equipped and loved the rain shower.

Bedroom is very compact

We enjoyed the location of the apartment (COUR). It is in the city center, but our window faced the inner yard, so we didn’t hear the noise from outside and church. The apartment is modern, well equipped and dog-friendly. The Wi-Fi there was the best we had experienced in all the hotels and apartments we stayed at in southern part of France. The host was friendly.

The apartment is located in an old building, which means it has some unique characteristics, such as thin walls. We could hear every step of the person above us, and it was uncomfortable when it happened after 11 PM when we were trying to sleep.

Big clean and very modern apartment. Fast internet, big screen TV with Netflix.

Some light bulbs in the house are broken

the owner was very nice, accommodating, provided helpful info how to get into apartment, where to park etc. studio is thought-out and pleasant

the bedroom is really small and there is no window, become hot during your night, thus not ideal for those who used to sleep in fresh air bedroom

Excellent location in the heart of the old city. Large & HD TV. Very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 fridges !) Very nice owner.

The property is on third floor and it doesn't have an elevator. The staircase is also not the normal one. All this should be mentioned in the building details page. Elevator is the building's amenity not the apartment's. it was very difficult to carry the luggage. Owner was not responsive. Key handover was not smooth also . Property was dirty as well. There is no view from the window. Room is too small, just one bed is fitted. No space. Bathroom was small too. Didn't have any option to cancel , owner refused to cancel free of charge. Had to stay there... And it was terrible. Felt cheated. Booking com was not helpful at all

Very clean, great location, attentive host, nice amenities.

The view. No view, actually, which was disappointing. We were in the Cour apartment on the back of the building, looking at other buildings just across the courtyard.

Perfect location right in the old town and close to the lake. The apartment is exceptional, well-equipped and cozy. Key delivery was smooth and the host was helpful.

The apartment lists 2 double beds and 2 single beds, but those single beds are sofas that were really uncomfortable.

Beautiful loft apartment with loads of space. Very well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Owner very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment in the center of Annecy. For a sleeper sofa the bed was pretty comfortable. Parking nearby and not too expensive (you need a bit of luck but if you wait 10-15 minutes you'll probably have a parking spot). Downside is you need to pay every two hours from 09:00-19:00 (there's an app you can use for that) Very well isolated, after closing the window hardly any outside noise.

I think it's a good idea to look for a better solution airco wise. The lighting on the stairs did not always turn on.
