Very friendly hosts. Always able to answer questions quickly when arose. Great as a base for longer stays. Facilities provided meant eating in was just as easy as eating. Strong Internet provided. Nice quiet areas. Apartment in good and clean condition.

Very hot on mezzanine level. Possibly extra bin bags required and maybe a bedside lap for ‘evening light’

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
I stayed in room 203 and the toilet area was very small. You can hardly turn around in the toilet room.
The drain in the bath room was slow and clogs easily but it's not a problem.

It is a clean and comfortable accommodation.
The staff was kind, there was a famous shrine right in front of it, and it was very close to tourist attractions.

All about the room was nice. The bed was comfy, the secluded area for the futon was nice and overall the interior was in good shape and nicely arranged. The house is in a quiet street, but the main train station and bus stations are not far away.
The biggest negative was the slightly loose handrail from the ladder to the upper part of the room, where the futon was. But it was not dangerously loose, nobody has to be afraid. That is already complaining on a high level.

The location was close to Canal City.
There was everything we needed, including washing machine and microwave.
The room was cozy and nice.
The temperature of the first and second floors was too different, but it wasn't a big problem.
Walking to Hakata station with kids can be hard.

close to canal city and good location.
unfortunately the washing machine and hot plate didn’t work so we had to use the pricey laundromat down the road and throw away the food purchased to cook. we did contact the property and they said they would take this on board. it was very inconvenient for us though as we had a young child and booked properties with these features for that reason.

the price is so cheap and the location is very easy to access the heart of the city
The room's insulation is too bad, you can easily hear the talking from the passerby
check-in time is at 5 pm and the reception and the house are at different places
