The view was spectacular, the entry and lift are a little foreboding but once you reach the apartment it is great Very spacious, the owners are friendly and redponsive. Highly recommended, very good value for money. Pretty central. Close to metro and easy access to taxis.

The entry and lift are a little daunting

The view, the view, THE VIEW! The space is massive. A proper penthouse, you have the entire top floor and 2 very large patios. Could be an excellent choice for 2 couples traveling together. Check-in instructions and house manual were clear and easy. Communication with the property management company was excellent.

Everything inside the apartment from furniture to fixtures is worn, torn and needs a deep clean and/or to be replaced. The patio furniture was the most disappointing and we moved tables and chairs out from inside so we could enjoy that view. We were told a new hammock had been ordered and not yet received, but the table and chairs in the photos were no where to be found and the lounge has massive holes and dirty cushions. We only stayed one night and didn't use the kitchen, but as we unsuccessfully searched for a wine opener, there's really not a lot to cook with either.

View from the balcony is great.

It is a big top floor apartment loft with two bedrooms, comfortable for a four people family. From the two wide balconies you will have a beautiful acropolis panorama.

Is needed a better organization about check in and check out, there’s no place to store luggage, where to have a seat or to go to the bathroom while waiting. Since our flight arrived early we had to wait on the road the check out of the previous customers. The apartment is generally missing a bit of maintenance, for example the curtains are detached and almost unusable.

the property had amazing views from 2 large terraces, it was large open plan light airy and well laid out.

as older travellers the area was a little noisy at night at the weekend from the nearby night club but that could be a good thing if you like clubbing and nightlife.

outdoor furniture was broken and needs to be replaced. Patio door was difficult to close and walls need to be repainted in bedroom.

The view, and the neighborhood

The back balcony was locked and elevator was a bit creepy.

The view bit everything else was not pleasant

The apartment was very dirty, pieces of noodles and crumbs were lying on the stove, there was used soap in the sink, the floor inside was dirty, the tiles outside you could clearly see drinks was spilled and not cleaned, the walls of the apartment was so dirty and bathroom walls had holes in. No garbage bin in the kitchen, only one small bin in the bathroom. It was really unpleasant !

It is a large place with everything to have a longer stay. The view is spectacular as mentioned, like on a rooftop. Pre-frozen ice cubes were a nice welcoming gift!

The supermarket is not that close. The night we stayed, there was a concert we could hear until late (but we are tired enough to sleep well).

Fantastic balconies and views

Location. It was bang next to a night club, and 5 night clubs could be seen from the terrace. A further group of clubs were in the surrounding blocks. So not surprisingly we heard some music all night. Less expected was the pulsating of the neon light on the nightclub coming through the curtains at night. The only way I could sleep was with an eye mask.

The flat is on the top of a building with two huge terraces. The view from the terraces is stunning. The whole city is there in the view and seeing the Acropolis from the terrace is something really awesome. The flat was basically equipped but it is really spacious. The rooms are nice and comfortble. The aircondition system is perfect. We did not use it as it was October but I am sure that in the summer the flat can be keep chilled for sure. The bathroom was small but clean with all the facilities we needed. The WiFi was good. The acropolis and the Plaka are in walking distance not more than 10 minutes. There are tube stations nearby, the port is easy to reach as well. We ised the transfer from the airport and for that money is was worth it for 5 people. Almost the same like by tube but far quicker. We enjoyed our time there so much. I can only recommend that place.

The fifth person had to sleep on the couch and it was not clear if they prepared the flat for 4 or 5 persons. But we found the bedsheet and all the other stuff we needed to make a bed for my son. :D

They should’ve cleaned the floor better And changed the bin before our arrival, but when I told them the problem it was fixed in a jiffy And the cleaners arrived in less than 5 mins.

This property more than lives up to its billing. Waking up to unfettered Parthenon views with morning coffee is impossible to beat. The location was excellent for able travellers who want to explore Athens on foot and there was a good supermarket 500m away (My Market). Train connection to the port and airport was convenient. Driver pickup on arrival was timely and courteous. Can recommend for dinner in the neighbourhood both "A little Taste Of Home" and "Η Σαμ τα εχει με Λαθος Αγορι". Excellent hot water and wifi. Responsive host.

Some of the basics like salt, pepper and oil were not available. I assume they were removed due to hygiene considerations during the pandemic. A new frying pan and spatula would add value, though plates and crockery were excellent as was the spacious fridge. Did not find outside lights.
