Excellent accommodation, with a Great View of the Sea and Mountains. (I stayed in Room 4, which is a Single but with a double bed!). The Owners were very friendly and helpful, And the breakfast was Great).

the property was very modern,clean with amazing views. the staff were outstanding,the owners went above and beyond to help us,with my husbands mobility not being great they would give us a lift to the nearest restaurant and into town. we can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and highly recommend and will be back again.

The staff were really warm and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. There was also a gorgeous view to enjoy. The breakfast was so tasty and obviously cooked as required and again warm friendly staff. I would highly recommend staying here and if we need somewhere in Criccieth to stay this would be our first choice.

We had a lovely spacious room with a sea view. There was a lounge area with couch & rug which really made it feel like home, that also gave us lots of space for our 18 month old to play/sit as well. The room was exceptionally clean and housekeeping ensured we were topped up with everything we needed during our stay. Lots of Facilities on offer, such as hairdryer, big powerful shower, brand new shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, tea & coffee station, large TV and plenty of storage space! Also downstairs a high chair was available, a lounge area and lots of information leaflets for local attractions. Location was fantastic, set right on the seat front in criccieth, the view was stunning. Criccieth itself is a lovely area but also close to other popular destinations like Caernarfon, Porthmadog, Portmerrion and others. Staff were friendly and helpful but not overbearing, they were there if you needed anything but didn’t hassle you, just left you to enjoy your stay which was fab. Would definitely recommend staying here if in the area! Exceeded our expectations, a little family run gem!

The breakfast was good and the hosts were very helpful and informative.

The location was perfect. We had a room with a sea view. It was a big room with a couch and chair included, which is great. Hate being in a hotel where you have to sit on the bed. It was warm and comfy. Tea and coffee facilities great....but also 2 chocolate bars! I made short work of them. A lovely modern bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, etc, included. And breakfast was really tasty and hot.

I didn't dislike anything. Even the driving rain and wind was exciting!
