Walking distance to good coffee shops and restaurants in town. Across the road from the beach with nice walks. Garage available for undercover parking, good balcony for entertaining.

Dirty dishes in cupboard, dishwasher didn’t work,BBQ was not cleaned.

Fabulous location, layout and space. A well supplied house, was nice to have ample items for use.

Needs updating, Ensuite and Dishwasher need upgrade, we needed to rewash everything.

Location was fabulous. The property was large and clean and had all you need. However it was quite out dated. This wasn’t too much of a concern for us as we didn’t feel we had to be too precious with everything. Sawtell is lovely and the restaurants were exceptional.

Wifi access would be a major improvement.

Location is outstanding Great place for a family holiday across the road from a beautiful dog friendly section of the beach.

The three level apartment could prove tricky. The main bedroom on the top floor has no Aircon and maybe hot over the summer months but the seabreeze could also definitely help to cool things down.
