Stunning studio. Lovely kitchen, bathroom, living area all to a high standard
The accomodation had been double booked, Booking.com's error. The property arranged alternative accomodation straight away which was better than what we had initially booked

Nothing wrong with the room or check in. In fact the room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The only problem was the location which was a bit run down.

The lovely comfortable beds, the soft pillows, the huge bathroom, the enormous TV. Lots of soft towels. It had kettle, cups, spoons, tea, coffee, milk, sugar. Everything necessary for a wonderful stay.

We love the size of the room, we love the beds, the cleanliness of the rooms
The fact that it's practically smack bang in the middle of town is a bonus as it's not far from anything
The shower itself could do with an upgrade. Other than that, there's nothing else we had an issue with

The location was very good we made our own breakfast for the road trip to Bristol in our new car from Drayton Motors in Boston.

Room and bath were beautifully renovated.
The shower although beautiful did not function properly it seems the pressure wasn’t there due to a leak in the handheld unit at the joint. Was a little disappointed when we went to shower this morning.

Room was really clean and comfortable. Modern and spacious.
The room below was quite noisy coming in and out by main door which kept slamming shut. Due to location couldn't have windows open late at night due to noise. But we were prepared for this as it is right in the town centre.

This place is exceptional, the cleanliness is above and beyond,i was struggling to get into the property and the gentleman came and let me in in less than 5 minutes. the beds are comfortable and i will definitely only stay here when i come to Boston for work...Thank you Fountain House

Location staff and facilities all very good. Smart Move hotels are a very good independent hotel group and having discovered them we now use them all of the time when in Boston and surrounding areas on business.
