Personnel très accueillant et aidant. Beau toit terrasse avec vue sur la ville

Közel a helyi kompállomáshoz. A szállás felső teraszáról, ahol az étterem található szép kilátás nyílik a folyóra. A reggeli bőséges, finom. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A szobánk az első emeleten volt, egy kis erkély is tartozott hozzá. Az ágy volt puhább, mint amihez szoktunk de két éjszakára megfelelő volt. A szoba tágas és tiszta volt.

The room, short way for breakfast, the terrace, the view on the nile

Located on the quieter West Bank of Luxor, this hotel has Nile views from your balcony and rooftop overlooking Luxor Temple. We were welcomed and treated like family by Mahmoud and his staff and family. The tours offered were at a very reasonable price. We had a guide called Abu for a tour of the valley of the kings/queens and a couple of other sites and he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and engaging. For all your West Bank site seeing this hotel is a perfect location.
The hotel is located right at the water so catching a motor boat across to the East Bank for the sites there or a little more hustle and bustle was super easy!
The rooms are basic, but very spacious with good AC. During our stay there were a couple of power outages that were village wide- a government initiative of some sort - we were told by many sources.
The included breakfast was generous and the young chef Mohammed cooked us a delicious dinner on our first night. The kindness and relaxing environment made this one of our favourite stops in Egypt.
As we discovered through out most of Egypt- wifi tends to be patchy, it would drop in and out and this was likely affected by the power outages that were out of the hotel’s control

The hotel provides good accommodation for someone on a budget. If you're looking for high end luxury, you'll need to spend a lot more. But for the price, this hotel is great. The room is large and kitted with aircon and a fridge. The location is great, right on the Nile where boats dock so you can easily cross to the East Bank. You can see Luxor temple directly across the Nile and the hotel was close to Valley of the Kings. The best things about this spot are the incredible Nile views (which we enjoyed from the rooftop and from our private balcony) as well as the food. We were blown away by how great the food was and ended up eating most of our meals here. I especially recommend the chicken schwarema. Compliments to chef Mahmoud!
The owner and staff are very friendly. They do try to persuade you to do tours and activities with them - something we experienced everywhere in Egypt.
Overall we're very happy with our stay.
We booked airport transfers through the hotel, both ways. We found out once we were in Luxor that the hotel pick up service is well priced in comparison to other options. Our pick up from the airport was smooth. Our pick up from the hotel to take us to the airport for our flight out was 10 minutes late to fetch us, but the hotel followed up for us with the driver and assured us the driver would be there soon

Everything was perfect.
nothing at all.

Everything was great, the owner and his staff are really kind people, always trying to help us. He also offered us some plans and activities with a very good price, we received a better room without any extra charge, the traditional Egyptian breakfast always is fresh and good to start the day. And the view of the Nile is amazing. Highly recommended.

Stairs to top level, although bags were carried for me.

Very spacious and nice room for 4 people. Friendly and helpful staff! Recommended

Great staff, so friendly and helpful! They will help you arrange tours, transportation or really anything. They made my stay comfortable at every step. Great price. Restaurant food onsite and ate dinner every night with awesome views of the Nile. I would recommend this place to anyone!
nothing.

Outstanding warm, friendly staff with great helpful attitude, NO pressure to sell tours! Riverfront location with front door access to boats for crossing Nile. West side river location which is much quieter than East side and with easier access to the major sights. Full "iconic", spectacular Nile River view from the very comfortable room and balcony. Comfy bed, good breakfast.
Nothing, all good. Being world travelers for years, this is one of those lodges that should teach other lodging owners "how to run a successful lodge, with happy clients".

Amazing place at the West Bank of Luxor. Definitely an unforgettable experience for us. The owner is very friendly and he made a perfect program for us.Their hospitality was amazing! We will never forget those people

Good location
Nice balcony with a good view on the Nile
Grocery shop and good restaurants nearby
Very close to the ferry
No house keeping (room cleaning) during our stay
Shower was flooding the bathroom as the drain didn't work properly
Staff was not too friendly, basically just trying to sell tours
4.4
They give us a early checkin, even they gave us another room to wait while they finish cleaning of our room. We appreciate this.
The staff gave us good tips to do, where to eat, and what to do. They try to sell us they tours but the dont hassle us with this when dont take that.
The owner of the hotel help us in every request we did.
Location is perfect, since you are close to the dock that cross you to east bank, in front of Luxor Temple. The surroundings was nice, with small and cozy restaurants, good vibes and authentic ambient. In the night was silent.
Really nice views of the Nile and Luxor Temple while you are having breakfast.
Very good price / quality.
Since the room was nice, the bathroom was very dark and looks old and lack of care. When you take showers whole floor gets wet. They know it and put a manual water cleaner at side of the WC. So, maybe is not better to just put a longer bath curtain?. The towel hanger was loose.
Below the beds, full of dust.
Almost everything bad in this hotel is easily improvable.

fabulous view of the Nile, had a large apartment, and use of roof top. delicious fresh breakfast brought to our balcony. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. organised brilliant guide to tour sites in West Bank and lovely felucca trip.
nothing

We stayed there three nights. On our arrival the owner welcome us with little snacks and he arrange their staff to carry our baggage at the top floor to our room. Our room was next to the restaurant with great view of river Nile. There is shisha bar, pool table, barbeque area at terrace top. Amazing view of river Nile, sunrise and hot air balloon flying view from restaurant and terrace top. Serve great breakfast . As my wife had cough, the owner specially serve her with a herbal drink which was very helpful, he also arrange a boat trip to banana island with a very reasonable cost. Many thanks for your hostility.
Could upgrade at least 1 or 2 sockets/power point with 3 pins.

This was one of most remarkable travel experiences ever. I was met at the airport, whisked to the hotel where I was greeted
with tea (of course!) by Ashraf. We then worked out a sightseeing itinerary for the following day and (at 9:30 pm), he got on the phone and custom booked private drivers, boatmen and a buffet lunch to make the most of the day The concierge at the Four Seasons could not have done better. The hotel itself is located on the quiet and safe West bank and was lovely.
My only comment was that the room could have been a bit more furnished with a chair or sofa and desk or table
4.4
I was never offered breakfast
The description was not accurate; these are not self-service apartments or studios but small rooms with double beds and a refrigerator; no plates, cutlery etc. no desk; very pleasant balcony, however, with chairs. The staff presses its own transportation and tour options over-aggressively but this is true of every interaction in Luxor since tourism is the only source of income. Hustling comes with the territory; learn to say no firmly

The owners were Very friendly and helped with everything. It had Wi-Fi, and the breakfast was Very Good !

Host is the best. All the staff is superwelcoming and very helpful. The location on the quiet West Bank is the better choice than the busy East bank. Travelling by boat over the Nile every Day is so nice. We had the luxury of beeing upgraded to a large apartment free of charge. Nice rooms at a fair prize. They serve food and drinks at almost every hour. The view from the balcony and from the rooftop is really good. Thank you for your heartwarming hospitality.
Could have been 2 choices of bread on breakfast.

The location: the hotel is strategically located on the west side, so the área was quite but we were close to whatever we needed.
Since the hotel is close to all the museums and temples, you can save the money for the taxi, rent a bycicle from the local shop and cycle there.
We loved the friendly staff and the food at Thebes, the Restaurant nearby ( highly recommended).
There is also a small and convenient córner shop where you can buy what you need for your stay.
Also, we absolutely loved Ashra, the owner, who was a great host and friend: he was always ready to help me and my sister when in need!
We also spent some quality time with him and his family: trust me you will not regret your stay!
We stayed only for three nights but we would come back any other time in the future!
There was nothing we did not like, we loved the place and ee highly recomend it .

Nice room. Lovely view over the river. Good location. Nothing was too much trouble for Ashraf and his friendly staff.
4.4
Ashraf is the perfect manager / host! We came as tourists and left as friends.
The room was perfect. The food was great and Ashraf did whatever he could to get us on last minute tours to everything.
Spring hotel is the way to enjoy Luxor.
4.4
Hosts (Gaber and Ashran) were very friendly and helped us with every question we had (recommending trips without pushing them on us). Also the stuff was really nice helping us with our luggage and also providing food. Room was big & clean and beds were comfortable. Nile view from our balcony and rooftop were great.
We had to catch a night bus to Cairo in the evening. Instead of just leaving our luggage at the reception, we were allowed to stay in our room till the bus leaves - including using the AC and shower. Really nice & without any additional costs.
Nothing - soap and sheet was provided right after asking. Just let them know your needs and they will help :)

The people from the hotel were great. They were always helpful and the most amazing hosts and did everything to make our stay memorable.

We stayed in Luxor for the beginning of our short journey through Egypt. Ashraf was exceptionall helpful at organizing all of our trips there. Him and his staff were very friendly, kind, helpful and genuinely great people.
4.4
The hotel owner was very kind and helpful. The kitchen is also delicious, please don’t forget the tip for the chef. The hotel organised an exclusive felucca ride for us to the Banana island, sailing and having lunch on the river Nile was amasing, it might have been the best experience I’ve ever had, you should visit this place. Thank you!

The owner of hotel is amazing. He is a really nice guy that made our trip happier because of his attention. Actually all the staff is very friendly and helpful.
4.4
The location was perfect as it was on the quieter west bank and we didn't have to travel across the river to visit the main attractions. However the river boats were right outside the hotel for easy access. Breakfast was plentiful and there was the ability to order an evening meal from a menu with 40 minutes notice. Hajjij and the staff were always available and happy to help with any request. There were a number of tours which you could book at a lower price than online and Hajjij were also happy to organise any additional visits. Nothing was too much trouble which made our trip very enjoyable. We will certainly recommend this accommodation to friends and family.
The only improvement would be to have too sheets on the bed rather than asking for them.

The place is really good ubicated. The views are amazing and room really clean and nice. But the best of this place is the owner, he has such a wonderful heart and the food is amazing! Highly recommended

This place was really so great. From the moment you arrive people are just so nice and welcoming. I had some problem with my foot and they even organized some crutches free of charge. The owner takes so much time for all the guests it makes to you feel completely at home. The view from the roof top is amazing. The rooms are great too.
