Great location on a quiet pebble beach with lovely direct sea view, near to some good walks and convenient for Yarmouth car ferry and town with good pubs and shops. Property was easy to park at, clean, cosy and had nearly everything you needed including a cafe next door however it wasn't open very often, probably due to the time of year.

Beds were very comfortable but the mismatched living room furniture is past its sell by date, a real struggle to get out of one of the armchairs due to a collapsed seat, everything else is serviceable but tired and an update would make a huge difference as would small attentions to details like having curtain tie backs to ensure the fullest views.

Low hot water pressure on kitchen tap. Loose hot water tap in bathroom.

Apartment was very comfortable. Warm and cozy as the weather was very wet. Good firm mattresses on the beds.

There needs to be a clear message on the website stating that Towels are not provided. This added an extra expense to our holiday. If we had known they could have been added to our luggage as we traveled by car.

Great location overlooking sea and easy walk into Yarmouth

Property in need of care and attention. Velux blinds need repairing/replacing and should be black out in bedrooms. Mattress in main bedroom needs replacing. Two mattresses on top of each other? Sofas worn. Hot tap only a dribble in kitchen. Basic equipment expected eg chopping board. Fridge without shelving and a redundant fridge left in property. Recent reviews seemed good but had seen some older reviews similar to what we experienced even though the response to these suggested work had rectified. Would be a lovely property with a bit of love.

The space in the apartment was great, location was amazing, great sea views. It was a warm October week and it was very cosy.
