This was a highlight of our trip - Cefn Park itself was amazing, the host was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Plenty space, great kitchen for self caterers, big fridge and washing machine and a dryer available to dry clothes which is sometimes tricky.

De locatie was fantastisch, op een prachtig landgoed. En het was er erg rustig en vredig. Het appartement was ruim met goede faciliteiten.

Cook's Flat is perfect - beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need. The whole estate is heavenly - fabulous communal games and reading room downstairs, and a restored Victorian kitchen. Highland cattle and ponies grazing on parkland outside, and geese hanging out. Wonderful hosts, magical woodland, plenty of places to walk or sit and get your Nature Dose. Can absolutely recommend to future guests, and can't wait to return!

Es ist eine außergewöhnlich schöne Ferienwohnung in einem herrschaftlichen englischen Landhaus inmitten ausgedehnter Pferdekoppeln und Wiesen mit Rindern. Man kann Spaziergänge auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen machen mit reizvollem Garten. Die Einrichtung ist mit Kamin, den alten Fenstern etc., dabei sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet, gut beheizt und absolut ruhig. In der Umgebung gibt es viel Interessantes von North Wales zu entdecken; Chester und das Meer sind auch nicht weit

Es war alles perfekt. Es ist sinnvoll, mit dem Auto anzureisen.

Very quiet. Separate living room to bedroom which makes it more home from home. Set in acres of land which unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore. Lovely part of the country.

Didn’t see any member of staff during the whole of our stay!

We really enjoyed out stay in this unusual flat. Lovely quiet setting with expansive grounds to enjoy. It had an upstairs downstairs feel with the wonderful Victorian kitchen, games room & boot room below. Great location for exploring Chester, North Wales and nearby industrial heritage. I thought it might be draughty or cold but it was very cosy with or without the lovely open fire. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We very much appreciated the little welcome pack too.

We enjoyed it all. The two flights of stone stairs could be a problem for some, but this is made clear in the property description and not an issue for us. Again, the internal showeroom is not idesl, but a small consideration given the age of the building and how well it had been adapted for modern living.
