The room was spacious and nice.

The communication, it smelled like pee and the building was awful!

The person who was hosting was very nice.

Bed was uncomfortable and pillows smelled funny. also could here everything from people outside the bedroom door.

it could be easier to find if their where a sign downstairs and maybe on the outside. but once you know where it is, it’s easy to find.

I could’t stay no more than 20 minutes I requested ny money back but the hotel refused the money back. how booking allows this type of fraud??

very nice ancient but renovated rooms, nice personel. ceiling some 4m high :)

Lovely clean, modern, comfortable and spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Lot's of restaurants nearby and also the sea front with fantastic views.

It was a bit difficult to find and my questions about parking location weren't answered via booking.com's messaging service. However, all was well once we got hold of the manager, who contacted a lovely lady who let us in and told us where to park.

the relative distance to the us consulate and the fact it is in a much safer area then the rest of the city

Cleaniness was ok and room size also ok. Personell at check-in was welcoming even though they asked to pay for late check-in, transportation and city tax by cash (only last one was expected).

Extremely noisy, from morning to night there were always people passing by the receptions and the walls are very thin so you hear as if people were in the room. Bathroom was stinking of sewer quite badly. Additionally they made us pay 25 euros for late check-in as we came in at 9 pm at night.

Hotel was very difficult to find and unfortunately the hotel was not manned at all so the staff/assistance wasn’t great. No help on where to eat/what to see/how to get to places.

Unfortunately the staff was not trained in customer service. They contacted me by phone, I was busy at the moment, I sent the calls to voicemail. Unfortunately, they thought that their calls were more important than whatever I was doing, so they kept insisting 5 or 7 consecutive times (plus messages). I couldn't believe it. When I got the chance, I returned the call. There is no lobby or staff at the reception, reason why they needed to know the time of my arrival, I understand that part. Nevertheless, they were upset I was busy, so I couldn't check-in into my room until 3-4 hours later. Management try to fix it, it was nice of them, but I definitely don't recommend this place.
