Edgartown - Vacation Home In A Great Location!!!!
Bella 3 BR, 2. 5 bagno di casa in una strada senza uscita privata in una tranquilla zona residenziale, 11 posti letto. Una bellissima zona della città con terreno agricolo dall'altra parte della strada. Comodo per South Beach, in centro, pista ciclabile, Morning Glory Farm e Edgartown Great Pond. Un acro di proprietà offre diverse aree per godersi l'esterno in un ambiente privato. Cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici SS, veranda chiusa 3 stagioni che si affaccia su un ampio cortile. Pavimenti in parquet. Lavatrice / asciugatrice, WIFI, biancheria, sedie da spiaggia e biciclette fornite.
Questo ambiente tranquillo e sereno e le vicine attrazioni / attività offriranno sicuramente a te, alla tua famiglia e agli ospiti una fantastica esperienza in Vineyard! We really enjoyed our week at the house. Our hosts were so responsive(like within minutes) to any of our questions and the description didn't disappoint. We had everything we needed and then some and felt really comfortable just hanging in the house when the weather wasn't great. The location was great between being a couple miles from town or South Beach or less than a mile to Morning Glory along with easy access to oak bluffs. Nice and private and quiet but access to all the island offers. Thank you so much for letting us share your home!!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect! Huge/private yards..it’s quiet. You are close to the beach and downtown Edgartown. I am actually on the ferry heading home (RI) and I already miss MV/this house so much. The house is open and has a lot of space! Perfect getaway vacation. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this property. Everything was perfect and convenient. The house and grounds were everything we looked for and more. Absolutely loved the soothing sounds of birds and winds. Nice secluded spot but close to downtown and beaches. Very well kept grounds and spaces to relax.
The owners were super quick to respond to all my questions and inquiries. This was a very a special stay for my family and parents. We made some great memories and had an enjoyable time at the Vineyard. Would definitely love to come again. Thank you Rich and MA.

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas with my daughter and husband who live on island. The house was perfect set up for 6 adults and plenty of room. The kitchen was outfitted with everything needed - even to cook a Christmas Roast! The location seems like it is 15 mins from everything, boat, beach, shopping. Check in was easy, wifii and cable service were great, the host has thought of everything.

The property is nice as advertised. Nice Wajer and dryer. Rooms are large. The downstairs master bedroom toilet is very old and needs to be replaced.

We have stayed at many different properties on MV over the course of 30 years. This property is our favorite. It is clean, well maintained, roomy and comfortable for our family. The outdoor area has 2 lovely patio seating areas, a large shaded backyard, and a large sunny front yard. It is quiet and private and we love that we’re able to bring our dogs who are loving members of the family. It’s location is central and easily accessible to many favorite island areas. We especially enjoy the island in September, since we can explore beautiful beaches that are restricted to residents only in the summer months & our dogs can join us !! The hosts are friendly, helpful & easy to communicate with. The caretaker Blake is as well. Thank you - We love your home

The property is nice. The furniture, TVs and appliances are modern. The bikes in the shed were great to use on the many local bike paths. All the kitchen utensils anyone would need are there. Very nice living room and family room with lots of closet space in the bedrooms. The outdoor yards are nice and flat. Excellent for dogs and children to play in. The only problem is the two downstairs toilets need to be replaced. They do not flush well.

I hesitate to write an honest review for fear others will snipe my vacation opportunity! This house had everything! Great location near beach, town and our fave spot, Morning Glory. Clean and well-equipped with bikes, beach chairs, amazing kitchen, comfy beds. Our family thoroughly enjoyed being here and we will (hopefully) be returning soon! The owners even called and offered to mail an item we’d left behind! Top-notch!! Thank you!!!

As long-time Vineyard vacationers the house was great, the sunroom was a great bonus. The shed w bikes and toys was welcome. We enjoyed riding to the beach on bikes and cooking out in the big backyard.

Meeting House Hill House in Martha’s Vineyard.
The property was very nice but there were no amenities at all. No towels, sheets, soap, dish towels, paper goods, dish soap etc. we did not realize this until we received the contract and I read the fine print. The twin beds mattresses were very poor quality and all our family complained. We moved to another property nearby which we had booked for the following week and it was exactly opposite. Welcoming and friendly with every amenity. We were respected and treated like welcome renters instead of interlopers. The outdoor furniture was cheap worn plastic and broke in pieces when our daughter sat in it. We will not go back to this house.

Wedding weekend
Property was perfect location for wedding we were attending and for exploring the island. House was fully equipped from the kitchen (great beer glasses) to the outdoor chairs and umbrellas. Only suggestion would be new mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms to make the stay comfy 24/7.

Home away from home
I travel a lot to Martha's vineyards and this was one of the best places that I stayed was clean good sized . I don't know if it was the set up at the house. The only thing is you have to bring your own sheets, but kind of good too because you feel more comfortable.

Great house for family vacation
This house was wonderful for our April school break getaway to Martha's Vineyard. It had a great layout and space for our entire extended family of 6 to relax and spend time together. A few highlights amongst many include:
3-season porch set up for family gatherings and R&R
Great kitchen for family to cook and congregate
Complimentary bikes to take advantage of 50mile+ bike trails
Tasteful island-theme furniture and decorations to put you in the right vacation mood
One word of advice - if possible, don't forget to bring all the necessities prior to coming to the island (laundry detergent, etc.) otherwise they could be very expensive to buy.
I'd definitely recommend a visit to the Vineyard off-season. It was great to explore the island without the crowds, and this house was absolutely perfect!

We stayed at Terry's in January. Arriving on the island on a winter evening it was nice to find the house clean, comfortable and exactly how it was described. I would definitely rent again.

Great Property
Really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully stocked and very comfortable. It is located on a dead end, which was nice for our family (including two pups). Easy walk on the bike path to Morning Glory and a short ride to the beach. Owner is really responsive.

The house and location to Edgartown and South Beach were awesome.
This is a great family house for everyone. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. It was a pleasant surprise to see 5 bikes, lots of beach chairs, corn hole, small cooler, and so much more. I would defiantly recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful house and location
We had a great time at Terry's property. The house is spacious (easily big enough for our extended family of seven), well-maintained, and in an awesome location- walking distance to Morning Glory farm and a short bike to South Beach. The house is well equipped making things like cooking and biking easy. Communication was excellent. Thanks so much!
