good location, spacious apartment, very clean, useful to have own parking
oven didn’t work, bathroom needs renovating - shower floods the floor, kitchen equipment needs updating and adding to - pots and pans were old and need replacing

Security and big flat
Pots was old and dirty, no materials for cleaning the floor and when I asking them they said purchase for your bucket ..no vacuum

The pillows were so soft, you fall asleep immediately
The toilet was not flushing properly for an entire day and I had to make mulitple calls with some "treats, before they sent someone over to fix it, however after it was fixed, there were no other issues.

Nothing at all.
1- collecting the property key was confusing and contained multiple stages and code.
2- the smell of the property was nasty and awful.
3- the beds were not comfortable, and the mattress was smaller than the bed size.
4- the floor was broken in several areas.
5- the carpet was so nasty and gross.
6- the kitchen was full of grease spots; also, the plates were dirty.
7- the most disaster thing was the bathroom. There was one bathroom in the property, and it wasn't in good condition, not updated, and leaking. You have to turn the light on by using a rob. There are no accessories to put you staff. The floor and bathtub was disgusting m.
The downstairs neighbor come to my door angry and telling me not to use the shower because his ceiling was leaking. It was awful experience and I asked the property manager to return my money back and let me to checkout ASAP.
My advice, DONT THINK ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AT ALL

Spacious kitchen/living area.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like but only having x1 bathroom between 6 was a challenge at times! And also a lack of mirrors.

Initially we had a lovely stay and was going to be refunded the cleaning fee as workmen had Been into the apartment right before our stay and nobody had been in to check anything or clean up after the workmen before taking our deposit and money for the booking.
The sofa we noticed was slanted on arrival but did not report this (which we should have)along with the other stuff as we just assumed that’s how it was and didn’t really think nothing of it at the time. We stayed for one week on an extension. 3 days after our departure I had an email with a link to the IKEA website with an attached photo saying that I had to replace the sofa I had broken. I called to speak to someone and asked why it was not checked before my money and deposit was taking and that’s your duty to do so... but she had no explanation and just said if the workmen had done this they would have had to report it to us as they follow policies and procedures. But thy forgot the policies and procedures before they took our money and deposit!! Makes no sense. nothing was reported and nobody went in to check before my booking. You can see by the picture that the wood was clearly in that state and worn away OVER TIME as it isn’t a clean snap like she was trying to say ? It’s impossible for me to sit down abruptly and do that. I have lost my £200 deposit and now they keep pestering me for £350 extra saying that I owe them this even tho I have tried to dispute they didn’t do there job and check the standard before my money was taken. They don’t care about that and keep brushing that part off. The staff are lovely but the people who run it do not do everything correctly it’s disgusting and by law you should check after every person has been into the property!! Including workmen not just after someone who is a paying client. So be sure to check everything as they will take your money and ignore the fact that They didn’t do there part 100%. I have never had a la issue and been staying in apartments all over the U.K. and this is the first.

On arrival the workmen had been and not informed the cleaners. We noted the staff about this and they was very helpful and gave us a refund for the cleaning. They made us feel very welcome and were always very happy to help with just a phone call away... thanks Mel

A comfortable place to stay with a small family. The property has everything that is needed for me and family, plus it is located where easy access to halal foods. The agent managing the property, Prim Short Stays, was very supportive and helpful when he had difficulties during our 5 weeks stay, especially the heater. Great job to the team! Thank you
Overall, nothing that we don't like! Just to leave a note that cleanliness can be further improved ;)
