Host molto gentile. Parla italiano e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove mangiare, cosa visitare a Bayeux e come organizzare il tour delle spiagge dello sbarco. Appartamento grande e cucina ben attrezzata.
Bisogna tenere in considerazione che se non si pulisce l'appartamento (pulire bagno e cucina, buttare la spazzatura, piegare coperte e lenzuola ecc.) si devono lasciare 20 euro.

The hosts were amazing, provided all the information we needed, and even booked a table for us to dinner in a good Restaurant! Also, the apartment was very clean, and had a great garden!

The location.
The parking was a problem. It was so busy that the parking outside was never going to be achievable. Only place we could find was quite a walk away. Property could do with a deep clean as it had dust and cobwebs. Thought the €40 cleaning charge (not advertised and only found out after booking which for a non refundable booking is not fair) was steep so we didn’t use anything and left as early as possible the next day. If you want to avoid the charge you have to strip the beds, clean the bathroom, clean the kitchen and sweep and mop the floors. Didn’t make the stay enjoyable.

Convenient location, good value for the money. We were able to drop off our bags early which was nice! Coffee was provided as well as a nice bottle of cider which sadly we did not have room to take back with us.
We had some troubles with the internet on our second and third days, despite trying the troubleshooting suggestions from staff it did not work. A nice addition would be salt and pepper shakers provided.

The location was close the centre of Bayeux . The garden was lovely to rest after visiting the d day museums .
There should of been a few larger glasses for coke e.t.c . The price was very steep. I hope I left it clean for the owner. Instead of paying the 40 euro charge

We had Apartment “Le Romantique” on the 1st floor, well equipped for or stay.
Great access to town and a choice of 3 bakeries within 3 minutes’ walk of the apartment.
Nice park space only minutes away that leads to some lovely old streets.
Coffee machine kept cutting out on the thermal trip, hair drier that only blow luke warm air. Both these faults where pointed out to the owner.
Parking, it should be made clear that “Parking” is on a first come, first served basis on the public streets and you need to display a “Time of Arrival” parking disc. So not great when arriving and having to park 8 minutes walk away.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at La Cour Royale. The "Duplex" apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, and modern. The location is very convenient - a block away from a bank, restaurant, pharmacy, butcher, fromagerie, boulangerie and produce market. Easy walk to the Cathedral and Tapestry. The owners are very helpful. Richard met us upon arrival to show us around the property and review map with restaurant and shopping recommendations. Residents have access to a private garden that was great for relaxing in the evenings. There is easy street parking on the block.
The apartment is minimally furnished. I always appreciate a night stand to set and charge my phone and a dresser or armoire to unpack clothes. We were there for four nights so it's annoying to have to keep everything in the suitcase. A word of caution for the tall folks - there are some low beams - watch your head!

It is a very cute place that is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the main area for dining and shopping. There is a courtyard that was a nice way to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.
It is important to note that the bed has both a headboard and a footboard, anyone taller than 6ft will be kinda scrunched and the shower was very very tight. I was disappointed that the place didn't provide body soap for the shower. There was soap for the kitchen sink and bathroom sink.

Very welcoming and informative reception by Laeticia. On street parking was available. Good to have access to a garden and property in easy walking distance from shops, restaurants, weekly market and special attractions - Bayeux Tapestry, Cathedral, British cemetery and memorials, and roads to the coast.
Worked very well for us and we would stay there again if visiting Bayeux. A few more power points would have been helpful.

Locations and facilities. Owner was really nice and took good care of us.

The location was excellent - within walking distance of everything. Also, the building was very safe. There was a lovely large patio in the back that was shared with other units. Had a nice grill and comfy chairs.

We enjoyed the property and it is in an excellent, quiet location. Parking is very close, but would be better to make it clear that it's a disc zone.
The charge for cleaning came as a bit of a surprise. It is included in the details, but think it should have been within the main stated price. As the cleaning is left to the discretion of occupants (or pay the Euro 20 fee), you really have little idea how clean the apartment and the contents really are. It's important in today's Covid world.

Owner was prompt and helpful in responding to requwsts.
There are no laundry facilities in the building.
There were inadequate cleaning supplies.

It was excellent communication from the host the moment we booked. Very clear instructions to get into the property. Parking directions because we drove there. Brilliant location near the museums and there is a bakery and places to eat 2 minute walk.

Our host was wonderful! The apartment was so cute and perfect. We loved the balcony and the yard area. Location was perfect too, very close to a pretty little park and the center of town.
