A great location and comfortable. However, there was little in the way of books, board games etc which would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

good view, most of the amenities were good. Location walking distance from the Southern Cross Terminal, well located as you could access south bank and also the CBD quite easily.

Noise from the street and from the neighbours during a party was easy to hear due to windows probably only being single glazed. Poor layout and design of the bedroom next to the bathroom meant you could hardly walk around the bed (50cm space) to get to the small desk and wardrobe. Lack of hooks in the bathroom like many hotels.

Wonderful location with amazing views over the river - close to all amenities and ideal location for events and Melbourne is an event city .

This booking fulfilled all our needs. Although we mostly moved around on foot, there was quick and easy access to the free trams. The host was fantastic adjusting timeframes to meet our changing needs. The location was handy for all the places we went. The apartment was comfortable and as described. It was nice being out on the balcony although the weather made this minimal. I would recommend.

Restaurants near accommodation were great

Property, not a Penthouse, in my opinion, beds are doubles, not Queens. No room to walk around beds. The door off the balcony into the bedroom didn't lock so unsafe and when rained water would come through leaving a puddle to clean in the morning. The note that if we had anyguestst we would be evicted immediately was not expected

Amazing location, close to Southbank, Crown Casino and Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Incredible views day and night from the balcony. It was exactly what we were looking for, and would definitely stay again.
