It was super clean and staff were nice and helpful. Location is super good with free parking spots. It had some restaurants right outside and a supermarket as well. The hostel is also in walking distance from the center of Alvor, which has a lot of nice and cozy restaurants.

Beds were extra hard, and in a bad way, with lumps that made it hard to sleep. There were no mattress topper, but the staff offered more pillows to help pad the bed. The bedroom didn't have any place to hang wet swimwear or towels except for 2 inside the shower. The light on the bathroom were automatic, so every time someone went to the bathroom in the night they were bombarded by light. And lastly the room door opens directly to the big and empty main hall, and they have no soundproofing so anything anyone says outside sounds like they were just right beside you when you are trying to sleep.

Tenho 1,89 e dormir em beliche não é mesmo a minha cena foi por recurso. As janelas do quarto para quatro pessoas não se podem abrir a não ser uma clarabóia lá no alto. De modo que mesmo com ar condicionado a funcionar bem com a porta do quarto fechada o nível de dióxido de carbono começa a aumentar com o quarto cheio

Firstly it feels like coming home. Like everything. Treated with so much respect by the professional staff here who do such a fantastic job dealing with so many different dynamics of people, at a very busy time. Cleanliness is second to none. Cleaning staff work very hard. The standards here are exemplary ❤️ The vibe is just amazing. Like Minded people stay here hope it stays this way.

Only complaint is that there are not enough hanging hooks in the bathroom. I hate to complain as this place is fantastic. ,🥰
