Costruito nel 2017, ottima posizione, a pochi passi da Old Garden Beach, Headlands (spazio verde a capo del porto) e dal centro. Cucina di design si apre su una zona pranzo illuminata dal sole con grande tavolo della fattoria. LR w / pavimento in granito camino, baby grand piano, schermo piatto e suono surround. Le portefinestre si aprono sulla vostra terrazza privata con vasca idromassaggio, posti a sedere circolari attorno al focolare, tavolo da pranzo e griglia Weber con vista sulle Praterie e sull'Oceano Atlantico. Il secondo piano comprende la suite MB con un re costruito e grande cabina doccia e doppio lavandino con ampie viste sull'oceano. Secondo (re) e terza camera da letto (regina) condividono un bagno e lavanderia piena. Lo spazio abitativo al terzo piano offre comodi divani, con TV a grande schermo e suono surround, divano letto per 2 persone, zona tavolo e scrivania tutte con vista a 270 gradi su Sandy Bay. Inizia la giornata con l'alba dal mazzo del caffè al mattino al 3 ° piano, guarda le regate di barche a vela durante il pranzo e sorseggia il vino guardando un tramonto dalla vasca idromassaggio o dal ponte occidentale che scalda dal fuoco della stufa a gas per quelle fresche notti estive. We love this home, super clean and well cared for. Perfect location for Rockport where you can walk to the beach or town easily. Even on rainy days you still have a wonderful view. Betsy and Bruce are wonderful hosts and always very responsive with any questions. Our entire family loves returning year after year.

We attended a wedding in Rockport and absolutely loved this house! Owners were helpful and always quick to answer any questions. House is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and filled with thick fluffy towels and quality linens. Well stocked kitchen and two bikes made our stay even more comfortable. The Old Garden area is stunningly beautiful, with walking paths throughout the area and a nice beach (rocky more than sandy, but very pretty) less than a 3 minute walk from the house. Walking into town was also very easy and convenient. Totally recommend:)

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was most comfortable for our family of 6 adults and the open floor plan allowed us to have family join us for dinner one evening. The home is beautiful, very clean and well-appointed; its many windows allowed us to enjoy beautiful views from every room. The location was perfect, close to the shops on and around Bearskin Neck and just a short drive to the grocery store. The owners were most helpful when we had questions and never made us feel like we were imposing upon their time. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again. 5 stars all around.

This was our second time at the property. Really appreciate how easy it is to stay at the rental and how clean it always is. Perfect location to town (Bearskin Neck) and the beach. We had a mix of weather this trip and it was still wonderful as you have a variety of activities nearby and can enjoy the view from inside if raining. Thank you!

Gorgeous Rockport home located right on the oceanfront walking paths, we enjoyed the ocean views and smells being so close to the water. The neighborhood and community was so very friendly, offering us friendly greetings and suggestions for hikes and places to eat. The home is meticulously designed with such thoughtfully chosen local art, open layout, heated floors, and beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. A quick, scenic walk into town brings shopping, art galleries, and restaurants. The location was perfect! Thanks again Betsy and Bruce for sharing your home with us - You have thought of everything and this is one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in!

The house was airy and bright with plenty of space to spread out. It was decorated so cute for fall and had lots of little details that made it even better. I will say some of the pictures online were somewhat misleading. The upper deck/rooftop fireplace area is not as pictured, and the rattan outdoor furniture was not available either so that was a little disappointing, but overall we had a great stay. The town is within walking distance (if the weather is nice) and has great shopping and restaurants. But be warned almost everything closes at like 6:00pm so plan ahead.
*One word to the wise- when owner says “no smoking”, she means for the ENTIRE lot, including outdoors (which isn’t typical). We had 2 girls smoke outdoors a few times and always made sure there were no windows open nearby but apparently it was a huge deal and the owner was very upset. We felt terrible and apologized for the misunderstanding- we just weren’t aware the policy was that strict.

Home is even better than the photos. Perfect location to Bearskin Neck and the beach. Very clean and organized. Really appreciated necessities for young kids like a crib and toy closet, and even baby proofing if needed. Also really loved having nice basics like Bounty paper towels, full soap dispensers and TP, even salt and pepper and olive oil. Usually it feels like an immediate grocery run is needed when we rent for basics- not the case here. Betsy and Bruce were also wonderful hosts who walked us through all the details and amenities on the property. They were easy to communicate with throughout our stay and quickly answered any questions we had. Highly recommend this property and hosts!

Wonderful get-away in Rockport
My husband and I , our two kids (ages 4 & 6), and my parents rented this house for a week. The house was really wonderful, clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated that the owners didn’t have any personal items around to make us feel like we were staying in someone else’s house. My kids LOVED the toy closet, the layout was great for all of us, and the views of the ocean are amazing. The house is a very short walk from town, but the neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. We visited several local beaches and went hiking a few times. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Gathering
This house was beautiful in every aspect! The location was perfect so we could walk into town to enjoy the holiday festivities. The living room provided plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy each other while also enjoying the wonderful views! Best kept secret!
Everything about this house was simply the best. It was perfect for group gatherings and the views from different parts of the home were simply breathtaking. The owners were very responsive and helpful in getting us situated with what we needed and questions we had. The town is quaint and was an added bonus to this super relaxing and inviting home.

Great location, spacious house, wonderful neighborhood
Our family stayed at the property for a week in August, and we can't say enough wonderful things about the house, the location and the property owners. The house is clean and easy to "live in" with multiple spaces to relax inside as well as a patio with comfy furniture. Second floor toy closet was a hit with our son - he played in there for hours! Great cooking kitchen, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy snacks or a meal. Large third floor provides additional living space with a covered deck to hang out and watch the sunset. Easy walk to town or to Old Garden Beach, and a great walking neighborhood overall. We'd recommend this property to anyone!

Great house, great views, great location
We did a family getaway in December and it had a lovely feel to the home. We used each floor for something different. The heated floors were so nice as well as the log fireplace. We walked to town and enjoyed the nearby trails. Quiet yet close to it all. Excellent views of the Atlantic. Would certainly book again. Host very responsive to questions.
