The breakfast was good The evening meal was exceptional However what was the most pleasing feature of the hotel was the service. From the receptionist who made me feel welcome and even made the Covid protocol and checks an easy process, to the restaurant staff who took care of my every need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I must not forget that there was no language barrier, so my recommendation goes out especially to non German clients also. Thank you so much for a short but memorable experience

Synthetic bedsheets. Broken shower doors, this was more noticeable because the shower is so small. Hotel is not part of the castle. Not being showed to a table when we arrived at breakfast. Cold eggs, told no when asked for fresh eggs. Told no when we asked if we could reserve a table for breakfast. We had to always look for someone when we required assistance, more coffee, hot water for tea etc. Restaurant was closed, no lunch or evening dinner available. Value for money, €120 for one night. We have had much better service for half the price in this area.
