Very nice property. Clean, comfortable and convenient!

Amazing stay in the house. It is very nice and very clean. The upstairs deck is amazing to watch the sunset or watch the boats come and go. Right across from the beach. Kids loved the new two player arcade game. Short drive to town if you have small children who don’t want to walk far. One issue we had was addressed by management quickly. Overall great experience!

We stayed for a quick 3 night family vacation. The house was exactly as advertised/pictured. It was clean and very well equipped. Location on the River and across the street from the beach was perfect and offered terrific views. Short walk (little less than a mile) to local shops, restaurants, farmer's market, etc. First time in South Haven, which we found to be a cute town with lots of character. Had a minor issue with dishwasher, which turned out to be a simple reset. Property Mgr was responsive and very helpful.

House was spacious, clean, and very near the river and just around the corner from South Haven's North beach. It was an easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants.

The home was beautifully decorated and updated with plenty of amenities! Our favorite things were that we could enjoy the amazing sunsets from the third floor deck while enjoying dinner and also walk right across the street to the beach. There was an awesome view throughout the home! We will definitely be back as it accommodated our family from babies through six adults.

Amazing!!
This house is just amazing! The layout, the amenities, the view, the location! Loved that we had 2 parking spots! We spent every evening on the deck with the fire going and watching the beautiful sunsets. Everyone in our group raved about how fabulous this house is. You won’t regret staying there!!

Beautiful home at a great location
The home is beautiful, modern, clean and located steps from the beach. The deck has lovely views from the 2nd floor. Plenty of space to spread out. Furnishings are modern and still beach house charming. Load of light make this a beautiful spot in all seasons.

Great Home & Excellent Location
The home was excellent, great bedrooms, especially the master! Big kitchen and very well stocked with coffee makers, utensils, wine glasses, and dishes etc. Plenty of room to relax and be totally comfortable! Excellent rooftop deck with fireplace, patio, and large Weber gas grill! Would rent this beauty again!

Exceeded Expectations
North Beach is a gem of an area! This property is FABULOUS!! Comfortable. Spacious. Stunning. Incredibly situated. The pictures don’t do the property justice! The views at every level of the home were amazing. The management company soooo responsive to all of our questions. The beds were comfortable. Ample hot water for showers. Every couch/chair inviting. We went for a family getaway and felt immediately at home. The beach is sooo close. Stunning sunsets. Our family has frequented South Haven for years but North Beach was new to us. We were over the moon pleased with this experience and look forward to making this trip and hopefully this property an annual trip. Seriously can’t say enough good about this property and our overall experience.

AMAZING HOME
This home was the perfect getaway for a bachelorette weekend! The home is beautiful, right on the beach, clean, updated & has all of the bells & whistles! The multiple patios (especially the rooftop) were a great hang out space to enjoy the sun. It truly was a vacation! The pictures don't even do it justice! My family will be back for another vacation!

Beachside Weekend

North Beach House - South Haven
This house is even better than it looks in the pictures. We were in awe of the size of the house, decorations, and the view. Numerous patios allow you to enjoy both the house and the beach which is literally 30 yards away. Couldn't have picked a better place to enjoy our stay in South Haven at.

Wonderful Winter Weekend Getaway
What a wonderful wknd! The home was every bit as beautiful, comfortable, and accessible as we hoped. Upon arrival, all lights were on, music was playing and heat was turned up creating the most ideal warm welcome. The gorgeous architecture, luxury bedding, baths, and fully equipped kitchen made settling in and relaxing very easy. In such a clean large home it was easy to sneak away from the group to find a cozy place for some quiet time to myself with tea and a good book. While this home would be an absolute hot spot in the summer, it served as the perfect winter weekend getaway. We had no problem entertaining ourselves using the gorgeous kitchen to cook big meals and enjoying board games and cocoa around the fire place. The view of the lake is amazing- and snowy lakeside walks were the best way to start our day. With the house so close to down town South Haven, it was just a quick walk to the cute shops, yummy restaurants, and awesome outdoor ice rink. Fun was had by all in a home that served as the perfect setting for making a memorable weekend.

Outstanding home and views
The Lighthouse Home is perfect. We enjoyed walking right out to the beach and lighthouse. The sunsets were beautiful from all three levels of the house. We enjoyed cooking and being together in the great kitchen and family room. You will love it.
