We celebrated our wedding at the On’Live hotel in the beginning of June. The hotel was very quiet which was amazing - felt like we hired the whole place out! The rooms were spacious, with breathtaking views on the sea. Breakfast has a nice variety of food but you’d need to ask to make any hot meals and it wasn’t very clear what’s available so a breakfast menu could be helpful! The facilities are good, the pool, the spa - both were amazing! The beach, however, wasn’t as impressive (seemed a bit unkept) but the neighbouring On’Tur beach that you can easily access was good and had a beach bar as well so it wasn’t an issue overall. The staff deserve a separate comment, it’s a bit complex. Most of those we encountered were friendly and nice. But. I don’t think this hotel is catered for english speaking audience so language was a bit of an issue sometimes, we’d need to call someone to translate. Some of the waitresses seemed inexperienced (potentially due to their age) and so any restaurant visit would take a bit long and have some mixups. The food at our wedding was amazing and everything worked out perfectly, the hotel management team was very helpful and we’d recommend people celebrating their wedding at On’Live! There was only one but - the waiters seemed to want to work a bit too much so some plates were taken before people even had a chance to finish their meal. That’s what happened to our wedding cake - we left our plates at our sweetheart table and once we were back - it was already taken away so we didn’t have a chance to try it but heard from our guests that it was delicious

The property has a very nice gym, outdoor pools, and a private beach.

The hotel is not run properly, the staff don’t speak English, the service is horrible, the food was bad.

honestly we didn’t like the beach at all it’s stone beach no sand at all and very difficult to swim or jump into beach

1. food wasn’t that great 2. be mindful if your not Turkish speaking as they don’t speak English there and can be frustrating 3. bit too quiet sometimes 4. rooms could be improved too e.g. no bath tub, no peek hole through door

One of the best hotels in the area, with a wonderful view and tranquility, and the best housing and recreation. It has a private beach with a view of the Greek island. I thank all the hotel workers, the first of which is Sister ipeak

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the view from the room.

This hotel should not be rated as five-star. It is definitely a 4 star hotel (or maybe 3). The breakfast they offered was disastrous (unlike the photos they use on promos). The rooms do not have a kettle or an iron and the staff could not provide these amenities when asked. The bathroom door handle was broken and no one fixed it. The water from the shower cabin and sink was leaking and there was a huge flood in the bathroom and it was obviously not fixed. The hotel is located quite far from the city and Alacati and finding a taxi is a huge problem. Moreover, the hotel does not have a concierge service! Finally, the hotel had very few staff, including the reception and the restaurants.

The wellness center is GREAT the out side, pools and beach are fantastique with superb views, the indoor pool are exceptional. And the rooms are the top.

The staff is adorable but hardly speaks any other language than Turkish, it's a pity because comunicación is always dificult.
