Gulf Front Beach House-Step off the balcony steps & walk onto beach-2680 sq ft.
Questa casa sulla spiaggia spaziosa e arredata con gusto si trova sul lato della spiaggia nella tranquilla parte ovest della spiaggia di Panama City ed è fronte golfo pieno e proprio sulla sabbia e acqua verde smeraldo. Non attraversare la strada o andare oltre le altre case per raggiungere la spiaggia. La casa può ospitare 13 persone. (12 in letti e divani letto e bambino in poltrona a sedere nel soggiorno) e la cucina è dotata di pentole, padelle, piatti, bicchieri ecc. Per preparare i pasti. La camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale è al piano superiore e ha un enorme balcone (10 'per 30') con lettini e sedie e un golfo di milioni di dollari e vista sulla spiaggia. Anche tv a schermo piatto e deposito a volontà. L'enorme bagno padronale ha una cabina doccia e doppio lavabo. Ci sono altre due camere da letto al piano superiore con bagno in comune e Jill da condividere. Questo bagno ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e anche letti a castello. Al piano superiore c'è anche una lavatrice completa e un'asciugatrice completa.
Il piano inferiore ha una cucina super spaziosa e sala da pranzo per 10 o più e il soggiorno con vista sul golfo è perfettamente progettato per la visita di tutta la famiglia, guardare la tv o giocare a carte. Proprio fuori dal soggiorno c'è un balcone di 10 'per 30' con spazio per tutti. Il piano di sotto ha quattro posti letto sul comodissimo divano letto. Inoltre c'è un divano che non dorme ma può ospitare spazio per dormire per un bambino. C'è un mezzo bagno al piano di sotto. La proprietà è su pali e non è accessibile alle sedie a rotelle. We hosted/celebrated our wedding, a friend’s birthday, and another couple’s anniversary during our weekend stay here. The location is absolutely perfect and on the quiet end of the beach. The house was very clean, very spacious, and had plenty of supplies we didn’t bring. Communicating with both Beverly & Lyndsay was so easy and they are so sweet! We are hoping to rent this home again in the future.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thanks to Beverly and Lyndsay for being great hosts, we were able to enjoy our visit to the fullest. The house was the easiest part of our trip. Highly recommend if you have littles. We never felt crowded on the beach and beach access was effortless. Can’t wait for the next trip

great beach side house, with white sand and blue sea. you will be staying in a beautiful place with a stunning view with plenty of room and all the commodities you will need.
This place is a no brainer, I would choose it again.

Beautiful place right on the beach!!! Communication was awesome. Anytime I had a question, I would email and got a very quick response. Would visit this place again!

The house was very spacious, clean and we loved how it was decorated. Books and games were provided. The kitchen had ample pantry space. We had all kitchen utensils, serving and cookware we needed.
The bedrooms are upstairs and the beds were very comfortable, We had plenty closet and storage space.
The host was quick to reply to any questions we had and check in was easy.
Under the porch was a grilling/seating area. There were many beach toys and floats for kids. We did find the beach shower has very little pressure and is not adjustable so it was difficult getting the sand off before we entered the house. This is the only fault we found with this entire house.Everything else about it was perfect.
From the many vacation homes we have rented over the years, I have to say this was the best. It wasn’t just a rental, it felt like home.

We loved our stay there. The house was decorated so beautifully, but more importantly it was comfy. The beach was our backyard! Can u beat that really? We only ate out two times, cause we loved being at the house. The kitchen was as used. A lot. It was heaven on Earth all week. We want to stay every year now! We got married there two years ago, so intend to return for our anniversary every year. We decided this house will be our place to stay! Yahoo! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with us.

The beach house was very clean and had easy access to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. All bedrooms are upstairs and this might be challenging for those who have difficulty with stairs. The host is very gracious and answered all my text messages promptly.

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beach house. Very convenient with little children and just being steps away from the ocean. House was very clean and property management was excellent. Would answer phone calls and emails promptly. Our family will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect to the beach - very short and easy walk, and you can see the ocean from the main floor and the master bedroom. Decor is very cute and tasteful, everything was clean except for mold in master shower in places you don't stand/walk. Note that it's a duplex, which never was an issue for us. Would have liked a more comfortable master bed, but it's typical for a rental. We came during spring break season, so the beach was very busy but I wouldn't say it was toooo crowded. There were more amenities than listed, I guess from prior renters. It was a nice surprise to find boogie boards and two beach chairs, for example. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this home on Panama City Beach! The house and location were awesome. We were especially impressed with how responsive the owners were to our questions and needs. They were so helpful. We will for sure be staying here again! The beach access in bar none - absolutely gorgeous!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is steps from a beautiful beach. The beach is quiet with hardly any people. We had it all to ourselves most days. We loved sitting and watching the wind and waves. There were two roomy decks, so we could sit right outside with a million dollar view of the gulf or walk to the beach. We never got tired of the white sand beach and breath taking emerald waters. The neighborhood was quiet but an easy drive to a number of fun restaurants and attractions. The home is large and comfortable. We enjoyed the decor which had lovely artwork, light wood and a beach theme. There were TVs in every room. The owner was extremely responsive and quickly answered every question we had. We enjoyed this home so much we were sad to leave, but we will be back.

Location was great! So nice to be able to walk right out and enjoy all the experiences right on the beach! Saw dolphins almost daily! Family loved just hanging outside with a football or spike ball to enjoy the warmer FL weather! Thank you for the use of your wonderful home! It fit our family perfect that we are waiting for open dates to stay next year!

What a charming beach townhouse. The view from the living room and upstairs master bedroom is perfection. We loved how we could watch the dolphins directly from the couch. We also enjoyed how quiet and private the stay was. It’s a very convenient location, too. 30A is about a 5 min drive down the road. The host was excellent and very personable. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

It has been my experience that most places I’ve stayed have over exaggerated the home, but not this one. What you see is what you get and it is absolutely fantastic. Immaculate. It was just the 2 of us this time and we had PLENTY of room. Even if our 4 kids had come with us, there would still have been plenty of room. Everything about this house is wonderful and it’s literally only steps to the beach. The hosts were wonderful and we appreciate their generosity sharing their home.
If you cant’t decide, let me help….book this house. You won’t be sorry.

The house and location were phenomenal. The house was a perfect size for our group of 7. It was very kid friendly with beach toys and a game cabinet. The two balconies were our favorite and where we spent plenty of time. The location of the house, although not in Panama City, was right next to it. You are close to all the attractions and shops but just far enough away for it to feel secluded. It was almost like having the beach to ourselves. Beverly was an amazing host and we will definitely stay again.

The property was clean and had a great location. Aside from the obvious of being on the beach, it was away from the main area but still close enough that you could enjoy the main tourist attractions.
Be aware the inside steps are steep which is somewhat expected, but all showers are on the second level.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of space and was the perfect location. The views were stunning and we were able to watch Dolphins from our balcony. Couldn't ask for a more perfect VRBO! Highly recommend

This will go down as one of our favorite vacations ever and we barely left the property. This is an amazing stay in a great location. Watched dolphins from the living room and walked right out to the beach every day. There is so much space with the open kitchen and living with plenty of room in the bedrooms. We found so many seashells just right in front of the house and watched the sun rise every morning right from the deck. We hope to for sure stay again!

This trip was a relaxing end of summer/ early fall getaway with my fiancé. The description of the property was accurate and the pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean and having practically no walk to get to the water. The beach is uncrowded and the neighbors are quiet. Perfect!
Great communication with the property manager, who was readily available to answer questions and checked in us via email, without being intrusive or overbearing.
We have no complaints about the home whatsover. For those who might not read carefully or take a close look at the pictures, here are a couple of tips/ considerations: please be aware that there are several steep stairs both to access the property and to get to the 2nd level, where the bedrooms are. So not accessible and maybe a bit of a struggle for anyone not physically fit. Also, the entire downstairs- living room, kitchen, dining- is essentially one room. So I think the property is best suited for a single family rather than multiple groups or couples who desire privacy.

Very nice home directly on the beach. Meet friends to celebrate our 50th anniversary and had a great time. Would highly recommend this beautiful property. Very well managed and commutation was perfect. Thanks for a great experience, and we will definitely return in the future.

This property allowed us to have a fantastic trip to the beach while hosting family in the area. The large living room was perfect for relaxing and visiting, and the back porch was perfect for sitting and listening to the waves. The location was perfect for the beach, white sands and clear water. We will rebook this property on our next trip.

This place is absolutely Perfect. We literally saw dolphins jumping from the living room sofa . The views are amazing! We have a 2 year and an 1 year old and we were able to lay them down for naps while still enjoying the views and not feeling like we were missing out. We usually go out to dinner but this trip we loved this place so much we just ate pizza on the beach and barely Left . We cannot wait to come back ! 6 stars all

Our stay at this home was so far above what we expected. The home is right on the beach with a fantasic view from the main balcony, and another balcony off the master bedroom with the same view of the ocean. You can walk down the stairs of the balcony and you are on the beach. The house itself was very nice, clean, nicely decorated and had comfy furniture. The host was great, the parking was a breeze. If I could give 6 stars I would, everyhting about our stay there exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this place!!

This property just underwent a complete exterior renovation and you can tell! The outside is pristine and very impressive. There is ample parking, and the back stairs leading to the beach are very convenient. And when you get inside, you will find that the rooms are large and the living room and kitchen are open with lots of space so it is great if you are entertaining a large family or group. The interior was very clean. We needed some more towels during our stay, and the host was very responsive and had them to us the very next morning without any hesitation. If the interior finishes could use some updating, but it was appropriate for the price point of our stay. This property works perfectly for our group of moms and children.

We had never taken our three children to the ocean before and it was long overdue, but so worth the wait with this beach house! I was searching for a home that was right on the beach especially because I have health issues and needed to be close enough so I could get into the house quickly if needed. The pictures truly don't do it justice just how close you are to the water! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked as we ate almost every meal at the house without an issue. We really loved how the beach was not super crowded in this area. We never had an issue getting a spot on the beach and didn't feel like people were on top of us. Beverly was quick to respond to messages and very helpful with suggestions around the area since it was our first time. We highly recommend this rental, you won't regret it!
