Tranquillo, privato ea 5 minuti dalle spiagge del Parco Statale e dal varo delle barche, questa casa dispone di ampie camere da letto, cucina / sala da pranzo aperta e un meraviglioso cortile recintato con un pergolato e giardini! Perfetto per la tua famiglia Chelan fuga o raccolta. Se vuoi la pace e la tranquillità e la visione a 180 gradi di questo lago blu, della valle incontaminata e delle creature che lo abitano, questo è il tuo posto. Se vuoi essere in un vicolo cieco, questo non è il tuo posto. Detto questo, la nostra casa è a 15 minuti in auto in città e 10 minuti alla cantina più vicina. Our little family booked this for a week to enjoy some lake time and sunshine. Could not have picked a better spot. Tom went out of his way to make our arrival smooth and carefree. This property is clearly well-cared for and made for a spectacular stay, peaceful and quiet. Would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much Tom!

The house is very beautiful, comfortable and has everything that is needed. The place is very relaxing and you rest very well and the house is very clean. The garden is very nice. My family and I would rent the house again

Gorgeous views, quiet, and private. Loved the property, owner was very helpful, gracious and even decorated for our birthday celebration with lovely flowers from his garden. This property was close to the state park, not too far from town to visit. We had games to enjoy as a family, and a lovely pergala to sit and enjoy the nature sounds with the quiet. My favorite ammenity of the oroperty was the large jetted tub.

Everyone enjoyed and relaxed during stay . Tom was a superb and accommodating host . The location was amazing with sunrise every morning . If given the chance , we will book again 👍👍

This property is phenomenal. It has a helicopter view of the north and south parts of Chelan due to being high up the mountainside. It is very private. The driveway is very steep but very well groomed. There is a beautiful garden to relax in complete with hammock. Mule deer come very close to property and it is fun to watch them grazing while relaxing in the garden pergola. Bird watching off the hook. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms. It was perfect for our whole family to get away all together. We enjoyed cooking in large kitchen with a view from every window. We brought our food in coolers when we arrived which is the way to go as the main store is in the town of Chelan 20 min away. We did go to town to enjoy city park swimming, shopping. The state park is five minutes from property but was full for day use. We went to 25 mi creek park which has great swimming and fishing pier. Karma winery is nearby which is one of our favorites. We will be back definitely! Tom is an incredible host, fun to visit with! He provided in person service and help anytime it was needed answering all questions and giving tips on the area. I recommend this property.

Really enjoyed our stay super clean beautiful home loved it was fully equipped. Tom was very communicative and loved he was there to give us a tour and easy to reach if needed. Loved the view of the lake from the house and trees everywhere will definitely be back again.

This was a last-minute weekend getaway to Lake Chelan to end the summmer. Our teens spent Saturday at Slidewaters water park while we enjoyed the panoramic view of the lake from this property.

We had a wonderful stay in Lake Chelan at this lovely Lake Chelan home. Good location that was an easy drive to the lake, wineries and downtown. Very private and peaceful location! The house was clean, very spacious with a wonderful outdoor space and fantastic view. The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We definitely recommend this vacation home!

The family enjoyed their time on the property. The owner of the property was very thorough in communicating directions and ensured that he was present to guide us through the property when we checked in. This was much appreciated! The house was well equipped with necessities in the kitchen such as paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic baggies and spices. Thank you for thinking of the things that we would have easily forgotten. We also found the house to be very clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture. We especially enjoyed the outside courtyard and gazebo! The drive into the property is a bit of a climb. The advice of an all-wheel drive vehicle was appreciated. We would gladly stay at this property again.

spacious and up to date interior -but we so enjoyed the gazebo/garden view over the lake away from the noise of town --the hosts were especially welcoming and helpful --the driveway hill is well maintained and not difficult at all -thanks and blessings

Interesting choice of words “wildfire fears” The day prior to our arrival in Lake Chelan, this home was listed in an ACTIVE EVACUATION ZONE, level 2 of 3. We monitored news reports and it was repeatedly stated that “if you do not need to be in this area, please DO NOT BE as rescue crews and firefighter crews needed the roadway clear” This wildfire was an immediate threat. I am glad for the owners the fire was finally contained MANY DAYS AFTER OUR STAY ENDED.

Property was immaculate, owners were very nice and showed us around and gave us a quick tour of property. They were very helpful in learning the area and what it has to offer as well!

The house and property was perfect with spectacular views; however, it was up a very steep gravel hill so we were unable to walk down to the water or anywhere else.

Great place to stay. A bit of a hill for a driveway, but our van made it just fine. Very clean, well furnished and roomy place. Would happily stay there again.

Staycation with a view!
This was a perfect end of summer getaway for our family! The quiet remote location was just what we were looking for! We enjoyed having our coffee in the morning while the sun came up on the lake while enjoying the gardens and little grouse family that visited us. We rented a pontoon boat for a day, spent an afternoon at the state park paddle boarding , strolled around down town and BBQ’d some delicious meals at the house. Tom and red dog Rory were gracious hosts and we definitely will plan to come back again!

Stunning View, Peace & Quiet
This house is located with the best view of the lake. You have to drive a little further but so worth it. The drive around the Lake is beautiful. Two of the bedrooms have King beds with lots of room. Once you’re there it is so peaceful. You’re away from the noisy end of the Lake. The garden is full of colorful flowers and we had a doe and her two fawns visiting us. The house has everything you need. It was a pleasure staying there.

Beautiful Views- Friendly Owners
Beautiful home overlooking Lake Chelan with gorgeous flowers and plantings in the yard. Tom and his pup, Rory, were very friendly and helpful. The location is great if you want to experience the beauty of Chelan without the noise and crowds of being in town.

Perfect private lake house!
Chose to stay here for a weekend away with a group of 8 other women. Let me just say this house is amazing! It was a short 20 min drive to the downtown shops. Every window in the house has a lake view and hanging out in the yard with all the beautiful flowers and prestine view of the lake is perfect! The house is so roomy and clean and PRIVATE! Do be sure to come in an AWD or 4x4 because the driveway is steep for sure but totally worth it!

The perfect getaway home!
This property was stunning! Beautiful gardens! Immaculate views! We were all impressed with the size of the house. With 6 large adults(and a LOT of luggage and extras) at no point did we feel cramped or packed in at all. Bedrooms were all quite spacious and comfortable. The living areas are very open and bright. And the privacy and abundance of wildlife made the trip so special! Did I mention the breathtaking views? Holy cow! And Tom was a perfect host. Very accommodating and friendly. He made us feel so welcome! All in all our family had an unforgettable time. We will definitely be coming back to this house on our next trip to Chelan. And the one after that.

First time visiting Lake Chelan
The home is very new and spacious. Great views of Lake Chelan. It’s far enough from the main road to be very quiet. It has a large kitchen for those that love to cook. Tom was an excellent host and provided a lot of helpful information for first time visitors to the area. And, I hired a guide and fished Kokenee on the lake one day. Easily caught 3 legal limits by 11am.

Amazing
Great choice if you wanna come to Chelan, not overpay and have a great time. Must have a car to drive to the beach, wineries etc. house is really clean and has an amazing view. Has air conditioner which is very important there in the summer. Also has everything you’ll need: good showers, lots of space, a grill, big kitchen.
The host Tom is also really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

OUTDOOR PARADISE
The rental Home was spectacular.. From the views to the up close wild life.. We Love it.. Diafiantly enjoyed ourselves so quiet and relaxing... The big jet tub... We will be back.. Thomas the owner was a gentleman as well.. Highly recommended
