We had plenty of room for 3 kids and 3 adults. Very well equipped. Kids loved all the beach things. Adults loved the lanai. Enjoyed sunsets at the ocean front pool and convenient snorkeling next to condo. Doughnuts early in the morning at the KTA up the hill are amazing!

the nicest condo we had in visiting 4 islands over 13 days. Gorgeous location and spectacular view. Listening to the waves 24/7 was soooo peaceful! 2nd floor is like having your own apartment! This is where to stay!

Anniversary trip from Minnesota. This property exceeded our expectations! The view was incredible and proximity to everything was outstanding! Staff at complex were very sweet and helpful! Can’t wait to come back! Mahalo!!

Perfect! Bed and bath for everyone. This condo was very comfortable. Bay View was so beautiful! Everything was well appointed and air conditioning and fan’s worked perfectly. Mahalo

Beautiful waterfront location, great view, several pools, nice lanai. Inside the property is nice, we encountered an issue with a dead cable box, a small issue with the ceiling fan switch not responding and the exhaust fan in the hall bathroom not working. Cable company came out next morning and replaced the box. Assigned parking is very helpful but. It's hot in Kanaloa, but there is AC.

Everything about this property was perfect! Super clean, super comfortable, super easy!!! We can not wait to return. So many great memories made at the condo/pool/lagoon. Plenty of space for a large family. The views are 10 stars! We ate every meal on the patio and cooked many meals. The kitchen was very well stocked and a target, Costco and grocery store very close. Seriously, this is an amazing vacation rental!!!

The two bedroom with loft condo was spacious, great views of the bay off the lanai, lovely pools, close to snorkeling, golf course within property, groceries with fresh produce and restaurants just a mile away. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to watch the sunsets over the ocean and see the tour groups go manta ray viewing. Convenient to Kona but with virtually no traffic. Highly recommend!

The condo was just as described. It was clean, well appointed and the view is superb. It was all in the details! There were plenty of beach towels, Kona coffee and grinder were provided, laundry and household supplies were well stocked. We had a wonderful stay.

The condo was just as described. It was clean, well appointed and the view is superb. It was all in the details! There were plenty of beach towels, Kona coffee and grinder were provided, laundry and household supplies were well stocked. We had a wonderful stay.

The condo was just how the pictures presented itself! The views were amazing from every room. The place was super clean. I was there with my family of 4 and inlaws and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The property also had wonderful pools that we enjoyed daily. The sunset can be viewed while swimming in one of the three pools. The cove the condo over looked was great for snorkeling. The condo had a ice chest and bamboo mats to use at the beach along with some pool toys. My family would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The condo was just how the pictures presented itself! The views were amazing from every room. The place was super clean. I was there with my family of 4 and inlaws and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The property also had wonderful pools that we enjoyed daily. The sunset can be viewed while swimming in one of the three pools. The cove the condo over looked was great for snorkeling. The condo had a ice chest and bamboo mats to use at the beach along with some pool toys. My family would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved that our son could go fishing right out in front of our condo, my husband could go for a morning swim in the same bay and we could all enjoy the pool, sunsets and grounds overall. The owners have really taken care to stock items fully and the place is very well maintained. We have 3 teens and everyone had ample space for privacy and the deck was a nice place for us to convene for breakfast or to enjoy the daily sunsets at about 5:30pm. We bought freshly caught ahi near the Keauhou shopping center as well as delicious poke at KTA (we are fresh fish fiends!) - all within a short drive or walk from the condo. My only negative was the layers of bureaucracy surrounding the rental of this place. There is VRBO, Elite Pacific and then the onsite property managers. The onsite team was rude and borderline angry at us because we did not know that we needed to do certain things in person to register(proof of negative COVID test, etc). We filled out an extensive form with Elite Vacations (and of course at the airport) and didn't know we had to do more onsite. Elite also called and emailed me a number of times because I had not filled out their survey prior to the trip. My son was ill before we left and I could not attend to it as quickly as they wanted me to. It felt unnecessarily pressure- filled for a simple condo rental. The condo is outstanding in every way, BUT the layers of bureaucracy can definitely be improved upon.

Loved watching sunsets on the balcony. Location is great for golf at Kona Country Club. Very peaceful and relaxing condo complex. Minor issues with the washer (soap dispenser not functioning) and a plumbing problem that was not communicated timely. Overall, it was great..

Nice condo, ocean front looking across the bay at the Sheraton right where the Manta Rays feed at night. Our group was two couples, but there loft had a full bath and would easily accommodate another couple. Nice relaxing location.

Very nice property in a scenic setting overlooking a small bay. We enjoyed being together.
The only negative about rentals overall are the extra charges such as cleaning, booking, etc. beyond what you would pay in a hotel.

Fantastic Get-a-way
We were very pleased at the location and with the condo for our 2 week stay! The condo provided absolutely everything we needed to make it like home. They only thing that we had to buy was a decent cooler to take back-n-forth to the beach, and noodles for snorkeling (which we left for your next guests)! And we rented beach chairs that were in better condition and an umbrella. We had a fantastic time sitting on the Lani every morning drinking coffee and watching the yellow fish on the reef; as well as the boats, kayaks, and paddle boarders head out of the next bay over leaving for their excursions. At night, again we enjoyed sitting on the Lani and watching all the boats come into the bay for the nigthly Manta Ray Snorkeling; which was AMAZING by the way. It is a MUST!! :) We also recommend "Sea Paradise" sailboat 5 hour snorkeling excursion. The Sailboat Crew were amazing as well as the different areas they took us snorkeling. The Valley side helicopter tour was incredible as well. So many things to do, see and learn about. Loved the 3rd Sunday of the month down town Ali ' i Drive Street Fair. When it was time to leave after 2 weeks...we wished we could stay another 2 weeks....it truly was beginning to fill like home! Definitely will be back. Mahalo - Darrin & Keri

We’re quite familiar with Kanaloa at Kona and this is the finest property we’ve ever booked through VRBO. Outstanding views from every room, beautiful flooring and a nicely furnished loft. There were some unexpected cleaning requirements which we weren’t used to but these are minor negatives. This is a jewel. You won’t be disappointed.
