Beautiful, clean, convenient property with stellar host. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Very nice property. All the amenities of home and very convenient to the venues we were visiting.

We highly recommend this clean, cozy, and well-furnished cottage in West Falmouth. The owners, who live next door to the unit, were wonderful people and tremendously helpful in so many respects - for instance, offering us their beach chairs and umbrella when we were in need. We comfortably fit six adults within the cottage, although that may be the limit of what we would suggest. The cottage is conveniently located across the street from a versatile market where we could seemingly find whatever we wanted in terms of food and groceries, and it is only 10-15 minutes from the Falmouth Town Center and Woods Hole, where you can find great shops and high-quality restaurants. Finally, while the cottage is only a mile or two from Chapoquoit Beach and Old Silver Beach, it does cost money to park at those locations. We instead elected to go to Falmouth Heights Beach, only 10-12 minutes away and free to park. We greatly enjoyed it. We cannot say enough good things about this rental. We hope to return.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on the Cape. I really felt that Falmouth was the right family friendly location for all of us. The owners of the property couldn’t have been nicer. We would highly recommend staying here and plan on doing so again in the future.

We stayed here an entire glorious week, exploring the western Cape by (rented) bike, by car and on foot. The beautifully appointed, thoughtfully equipped and conveniently located house was a great place to cook, grill, and chill on hot sunny days and on the one rainy one we had. Location was perfect. Exactly where we wanted to be. The issue is that the house is very small. Although the listing says it can sleep 8, six felt crowded. The common space has room for no more than 4 at a time. Finally, the mattresses were horrible. One full star lost for just the horrible beds. All six of us struggled to sleep. Every bed was the same and needs to be replaced.

Updated home with all the creature comforts and amenities (fresh linens, nautical theme, spacious bedrooms, streaming access, et al.). Great location, right across the street from West Falmouth Market (packed with all your food needs - grocery, sandwiches, pizza, alcohol, et al.) and next door to an amazing ice cream shop, Eulinda’s. Our first time on the Cape was great!

Great hosts and awesome rental. Well equipped kitchen for cooking on site. Plenty of towels and beach towels. 20 min walk to Chapoquoit beach and short drive to old silver; the market across the street has many staples and only 10 min to downtown. We had a fantastic stay and would happily stay here again!

Owners who live on the other side of the duplex were available but not intrusive. Really is a great spot close to plenty to keep a family busy and be able to relax.

Excellent accommodations. Clean, fresh, open and family friendly. Everything you need, is there. Close to all that a family’s needs: beach, bay, shopping, attractions.

This house is immaculate, well decorated and conveniently located. It is near a great bike path, across from a fabulous market, and near beaches. My young kids (ages 5 and 8) enjoyed the guest book for drawing. We had a great time biking, swimming, crabbing, and eating ice cream at the cute place next door. Even in the unusual Covid environment, I felt like the house was clean and safe, and the owners leaving extra cleaning supplies showed their thoughtfulness. I really recommend this home!

The location was super convenient in Falmouth right across from the lovely West Falmouth market. The hosts did everything to make us feel comfortable despite the challenges of travelling during COVID-19, so we really appreciate the extra effort they put in!

Very Conveniently located to beaches, and there is a small grocery store across the street. Town and beaches are near by. Beach within a 20min walk, and town 5 min drive. Very clean smells new. Very Nice owner who is unobtrusive, but welcoming. ( even gave me tomatoes from her garden). Mildly busy street nearby, but overall a great value.

This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed in on Cape Cod. It was impeccably clean, nicely furnished with cute "beach" themed decor. We had plenty of space for 2 couples and 3 kids. I love that it is right across the street from a great little market and a few doors down from ice-cream. The bike path is right there....I wish we had more time to have used that more. There were plenty of towels (and even a ton of beach towels to use). The front porch was nice to sit on and have coffee. The owner was extremely responsive and welcoming. We look forward to staying again next year, but will have to book further in advance as I know this place will be popular.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage in West Falmouth. It's beautifully decorated and has the look and feel of high-quality new construction. Coming back from the beach or from a restaurant is truly a pleasure. We really enjoyed mornings and evenings on the front porch, watching the world go by...A key highlight for us was the Shining Sea Bike/Pedestrian Path that is steps from the property. Walking, running or biking, you can go for miles in either direction. The views of the marshes, ponds and ocean from the southern leg of the path are stunning!

Wonderful house, very clean & had everything we needed! It was a great location, very close to the bike path and across the street to the West Falmouth Market, next door to delicious, Eulinda’s ice cream store and wonderfully quant breakfast restaurant, Village cafe. Our favorite beach was Chapoquoit beach, only 5 min away. We highly recommend taking the Falmouth-Edgartown Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. We took our bikes on the ferry and ride around MV and hit the beach for a few hours. Wonderful day & we took the 7:15pm ferry back, with a beautiful sunset! The ferry offers valet parking, so only need to get there 30 min early, much easier than all the other ferries. We had a wonderful 4 day vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend. It was about 0.5 from the beach. Our hosts were incredible, super helpful and sweet! There is a market and cafe within a block that was perfect for grabbing food or coffee during the day. If I ever head back, I will definitely try to stay here again!

All in all a great place to stay! The house is brand new, very beautifully furnished and has a huge and pretty garden. It is well equipped and everything is very much thought through. Beaches and other places of interest are very close. Landlady Markie, who lives in the fully separated other half of the house, is very friendly and helpful with tipps. It may be worth to know that the house is located on a frequented street. For us, this was not a problem, however, as the windows are modern and the terrace behind the kitchen is fenced. Directly across the street is a very individual family run grocery store with everything you might need. Their weekly Barbecue on Thursday with live music is great. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house with a family of 6. The price seemed very reasonable for what you get in comparison with other places.

This house was recently built and meticulously decorated in a sea shore theme. If you enjoy cooking as I do, The kitchen has new appliances and everything needed to cook a full family meal. If you don't cook, there is a food market right across the street that has great food and anything else you might need. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this is the perfect home for a family vacation. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything Falmouth has to offer, beach, boating. shopping, and dinning. Overall I would give this place 6 stars if it were possible.
