The bath hot water tap didn't run any water, basic kitchen utensils missing, dishwasher tablet compartment didn't release tablet, washing machine/dryer malfunctioned and became dangerously overheated which could only be turned off at the mains switch because on/off and pause buttons didn't work, windows utterly filthy, damp patches on the hallway walls, bathrooms have an unpleasant damp/drain smell, in one bathroom the toilet looked like it'd been installed by a 5 year old, a big gaping hole in the wall around the u-bend which looks like it's made of bits of plastic stuck together. It has to be seen to be belived! I texted and emailed at the beginning of my stay about some of these issues but no one came to fix things or even replied... I was there for a week. However the cleaner did arrive half an hour early before the depature time given. I just wish I'd taken photos to prove I'm not exaggerating. They call themselves luxury apartments and charge you premium prices but they're just cowboys. Total and utter con.

Very central location. Walking distance to the shops, cinema, train and bus. Ample off-street parking as well.

Unfortunately we experienced a very very rude lady who barged into the apartment shouting at us to get out when I'd arranged a later check out due to a migraine. She accused us of smoking in the apartment which neither of us do and was extremely rude and abrupt. She said she owned that place and others and she'd blacklist us because i told her not to speak to me the way she was. Such a shame as apartment nice

Kitchen, oven, washing machine, and excellent location (very convenient)

Apartment was centrally located with ample secure parking. Was exactly as stated in the information and was very clean and tidy. We were staying for two weeks and were asked by the cleaner if we needed a mid week clean.

Being 4 adults we would have like a slightly larger three seater sofa but otherwise everything was great.
