住宿的樓層及棟別 因為我們選海景房 但是我從網路上看不出來在一樓 尤其是又在入口上樓梯馬上就會正面看到的房間位置 這樣導致我們提前一個多月訂了海景房 想要體驗在民宿看海 卻一拉開窗簾時不時有人迎面而來 又或是其他旅客在附近走動 很沒有隱私 **可能可以在網路上標示樓層 或是價格降低一些** 為了體驗好一點**特地訂了豪華房 但是實際卻沒有其他價格稍低一點的房間來的好**

The location is incredible with wonderful views. The whole place is really beautiful and you can't beat being so close to the beach! Breakfast was great and they even made my niece a cute kids breakfast. The staff was really excellent - kind and welcoming throughout the whole stay.

There are A LOT of stairs and no elevator. Some of the stairs are different heights or depths from each other which is very unsafe.

早餐每天都會有些許變化，營養健康也蠻好吃，晚上周邊不會太吵，走路範圍有幾間很讚的餐酒館餐廳。去墾丁大街或是恆春市區，騎車也不遠。

價格稍微偏高，設備方便比較少娛樂性的設施，但基礎設施非常足夠，很舒服。整理來說只有價格貴了一點，其餘都很滿意。

在南灣的制高點，可以一覽無遺整個南灣沙灘還有夕陽，房間也超級漂亮的，整個都很喜歡

覺得唯一美中不足的就是沒有電梯，因為如有行李箱的話就比較不方便

The place is just 5 min walk to the beach, and the facilities are great and the view is fantastic

Loved the view and proximity to the beach at Nanwan. And I also loved that the kitchen take special effort to ensure that our main meal for every breakfast was different. that’s a nice touch :)

Not something to dislike abt the property.. but it wld be great if there were lifts for those who aren’t able to climb stairs.

This is the worst hotel I have every stayed in. We booked via Booking.com for a family of 4 and fully declared the age of our children in advance. Upon check-in the hotel says that breakfast for our 6-year old is not covered and would cost an additional 200 NTD. They also provided only 3 sets of towels, 3 cups, 3 tea bags, etc. They treated us as if we only had 3 people in our party. This was completely unacceptable and I complained very vocally at the front desk. We eventually got them to reverse their decision, but I would not suggest for anyone else to stay here, especially for families. The room with the "ocean" view was also a joke, you see more of the neighbor's balcony than the sea. The parking situation was also very complicated and there are no elevators in the whole facility. Booking.com should delist this property for violation of the contract.
