Ce n était pas propre, on a du renettoyer tout l appartement. Il y avait beaucoup de cafards. Ça sentais très fort l insecticide dans la cuisine. Gros problème d électricité dans l appartement. Lumière qui fonctionne 1 fois sur deux. Photos de ventilateur mais qui ne fonctionne pas. Tâche de sang sur les cousins, litiere sale et très inconfortable. Nous y avons passé qu une seule nuit. Nous avons donc du nous débrouiller pour retrouver un autre logement à nos frais car après plusieurs tentatives pour essayer de contacter le propriétaire nous n'avons jamais eu aucune réponse de sa part. Une personne très mal honnête. A éviter absolument cet appartement. Je ne comprends même pas comment il peut encore louer à des personnes. Honteux

It was in a good location within the complex. Just a few steps down to negotiate. Close to the pool and pool bar. close to one of the exit gates with easy access to bars and restaurants in the Sunset Bay Resort and a short walk to Fanabe beach or La Pinta beach.

The label Cozy Apartment does not help to find the apartment among the more than 100 apartments in the complex. Each block of apartments is named after a Disney Character. The Complex is called Orlando. the Apartment has a number. All of this information was missing. I arrived at the reception area which was closed and received no response to many presses of the intercom. The only other entrance nearby was a gate that needed a key fob to enter, so I waited until somebody was coming out so that I could sneak in. this didn’t help me at first as I could not find any sign for ‘Cozy Apartment’. Eventually I received a WhatsApp message asking when I would arrive. I was sat at the closed pool bar wondering what to do, and passed on this information. I received some photographs of the apartment and so could search the complex looking for likely suspects and 20 minutes later I gained entrance. The Orlando Complex is multi-level with many steps which is okay for me but might be unsuitable for less mobile people.

location and place is nice to stay out

banging by workmen at 7:30am in the morning.

Location is really good, close to the coast and shops and the communal pool is a nice place to hang around. The balcony of the property is also very handy to dry clothes or just let the kids out to play safely.

The noise, gym is right below the property all you can hear all day until 22:00 is banging noise from it. They keep dropping the weights and playing music. Property needs a good refurbishment things are a bit worn out and dirty such as furniture and bath room.

not an awful lot, the location

well it was advertised to sleep 4 and only had one double bed. i had no where for my young kids to sleep. when we arrived pots on the side dirty. I had to sleep outside on the futon. there was no mattress inside the stained sofa

it was clean & had a modern bathroom & washing machine

it was on ground floor & a bit dark. not many TV channels in English

Clean, comfortable, well equipped and excellent location.

Nothing to complain about. All good
