We really enjoyed our stay in Three Sheets! Planet of room for my family and friends and comfortable home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage! It was so close to the beach. The beach was amazing!!! Not crowded at all. The cottage was so spacious with lots of room for our teenage & adult children to have their own space. The property was clean, quiet, peaceful, safe & conveniently located just a short drive away from Panama City Beach. No complaints at all! We are completely satisfied & would stay here again!

This house is so lovely, and the area is pretty much perfect. It's far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing but close enough that going to the grocery or to get ice was just a quick trip out. My family loved everything about being here. The shady front patio was the icing on the cake for me personally. If I could leave more than 5 stars in my review I would!!

Three Sheets is a lovely get-away spot!! The setting is peaceful and was quiet. There were lovely trees shading the deck, and a breeze from the Gulf. Every item that I needed was available in the kitchen, as well as soft good sized towels in the very nicely renovated baths. The beds were comfy! The white soft sandy beach is very close and even in the week of July 4th was not crowded. Cara is available with any info you might need. Don't miss this beautiful spot!

Beautuful & Peacefull place.

Property was perfect for a little getaway. Very clean and neat. Awesome location. Only downfall for us was no tv in the bedrooms and the outdoor shower was broken which was one of the reasons we rented the house. I would highly recommend staying in this house with family or friends

This cottage was super cute. Everything was clean and updated. Great quiet location just a walk away from the beach.

A charming property! We grilled, we cooked, we hung out on the porch, and played games into the evening. It couldn't have been more than a 5-minute walk to the beach! Soo easy to see the sunset on the beach! And it is a great location. Easy access to the grocery stores as well the best donuts on the beach. It's a straight shot on Front Beach road west to Pier Park and the rest of PCB. And to get to 30A, just drive west about 5 miles. The property owner was really easy to contact before the trip. It was a relaxing trip and a great experience.

The home had everything needed, great location, only thing is bath floor on main floor is very slippery after shower because water comes out so need to put mat there for sure. We had a GREAT family vacay, ages 74-3 party of 12. Cooked great food, played games and 1 day on beach due to storms.

Will definitely return!

We definitely enjoyed staying at this location. The area was quiet and just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely look for 2 Sheets on our next vacation.

The property was very clean and the assess to the beach was nice with a family since the walk was short. Neighborhood was peaceful.

Everything about this place was perfect for our needs, home was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. Neighbor hood was quite and very clean. We stayed at Three Sheets for a mom friends getaway during November. The house was perfect. LOVED the renovated showers. Perfect location and so peaceful at the beach this time of year. We plan on revisiting Three Sheets for our next girls' trip!

Very short walk to the beach, clean, roomy home, good linens and beds, good kitchen equipment, easy access, short walk to the beach, good deck and parking, lots of games, short walk to the beach, lovely decor, BEACH CHAIRS, and did I mention just a VERY SHORT walk to the beach. Beach was awesome, lots of shells, and very private.

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for us! Even though it is small it has alot of room. The private beach was our favorite part and it's a short walk which makes it very nice. Comfortable and Clean!! Cara was awesome with communicating and I would recommend her rental to anyone!

😍 it’s a beautiful place , beautiful home it’s more that what we expected

The outside of the property is inviting. The inside however needed a deep clean which was lacking. There was visible dust and mold on the AC vents and dust on the walls. I had to get in touch with the property manager to fix the shower handle and towel rod as they were broken. She sent the plumber quickly which was nice. I also notified her that there was visible mold in the bathroom. Although she did offer to have a cleaning lady come back, I did not feel like I should spend my whole vacation pointing out things wrong nor waiting on people to do a job that should have been done. This was not just an oversight. The entire interior needs a deep clean not just surface. For the price, the cleanliness was not good. It was convenient to the beach and there were chairs and an umbrella provided. We did like the private beach area. The house met our needs. The red couch in the downstairs bedroom was an eyesore. The living room couches could use new cushions as you fall completely in it. The kitchen table was roomy. We would not stay again.

Had an enjoyable time and the cottage met our needs! Loved having the outside shower, with a full house it was great for when we returned from the beach! The beach was great, not crowded so we didn’t have to worry about the kids or our music disturbing others or locating our kids among a crowd of others. Suggestions: even though the beach is just a short walk, we found having a cart/wagon (we took our own) to help transport canopy, coolers, chairs etc was great! Also having more than 1 cookie sheet would have been nice. Great location, would return in the future.

We were looking for a place large enough for our family & also within walking distance to the beach. One of our sons was planning to propose to his girlfriend on the beach so also preferred a beach that wasn’t very crowded. This was the perfect place! There was 9 of us & everyone had plenty of room! The beach was a very easy 2-3 minute walk. There was a private trail straight across the road. The beach there was not crowded at all & made an absolutely beautiful setting for their engagement ❤️! The owners have several beach chairs & an umbrella that we used. Their large dining table & living room was also great for our family to eat, visit & play games together. Ms Cara is the property manager. She was very helpful in suggestions on nearby restaurants, grocery store as well as providing easy check in instructions. We all enjoyed our stay at Three Sheets, would highly recommend it & would absolutely love to stay there again! Hope
