Our family had a wonderful time here! The house is so cute and was very clean upon arrival. Great location, on a quiet street. Easy to go for walks and bike rides, even with small kids. We were able to walk down to the beach and promenade easily too. The house has all the amenities you’ll need for your stay.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Malia and Arnie’s property in Seaside! It was very clean and comfortable and a 3 minute walk to the beach! Also the hot tub was great! We will definitely stay again. We highly recommend!

I stayed here with my family of 6 (with 4 kids ages 3-11) This was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in checking all the boxes: 1 block from beach, hot tub, large living room, market and restaurants walking distance from house, and my kids loved the long driveway to toss the football, and ping pong table in the garage. This was the perfect getaway for our family and memories were definitely made!

Very cute house that's very close to the beach. It was extremely helpful that a family friendly pub was next door for quick and easy meals, and the grocery store was a 60 second walk away. We literally didn't need to drive anywhere, it was all right next to the house.
House was clean, well kept and quiet. Lots of towels and bedding. We'd love to come back again!

My ONLY complaint is that they make you sign something outside of Vrbo and the check in process isnt ideal. Other than than that the room was perfect and we loved the hot tub

Guests were my husband and I and our two labs, my brother and sister-in-law and their 11 year old daughter. The house was very clean. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes for cooking and eating. The fridge is kind enough to tell you if you leave the door open which is so useful with kids. We all enjoyed the hot tub, which was very clean and plenty large enough for 4 adults to sit comfortably. We played some ping pong in the garage, and rode bikes on the boardwalk. There is a market around the corner. I was worried the restaurant/tavern next door would be loud, but we didn't hear a peep from them. It was very quiet. The beach is about 3 blocks away and is beautiful and VERY dog friendly. Very few people had their dogs on leashes which we appreciated and did not have any negative experiences between our dogs and other dogs or people. The downsides: all the puzzles have pieces missing (but I finished one anyway), the fireplace has faux candles with LEDs that don't work. Do not plan on having any kind of fire. The furnace is loud, but you only notice it when it clicks off and we all got used to it very quickly. I highly recommend for family and friend get togethers.

The house is in a great location, was very clean, and had everything our family needed to stay happy. The kids loved being able to go play ping pong in the garage. We definitely recommend this property for families and small groups!

This was a lovely little home for a winter beach stay. Everything was as advertised. The location is excellent, but is right next door to a restaurant. Even so, the home felt private. The covered patio and hot tub were a big plus after a cold beach walk. Comfortable beds and furniture. The enclosed front entrance was nice to take all our beach stuff off before bringing sand into the house. The furnace did not work the first night. The manager brought us space heaters and was able to send out a repair person the next morning so our trip was relatively unaffected. Once repaired, the home stayed nice and warm. Quick walking distance to a market, a few restaurants and of course the beach and prom :-)

This property is very nice, clean and well maintained. Hot tub is great also, though the jets aren’t very strong. Guessing it’s a bit old. The property managers are very responsive. While we appreciate the responsiveness we didn’t need to receive so many messages from them.

Such a comfortable stay- mattresses and pillows galore! The home is very clean especially for a dog friendly place!
Wonderful location an easy 1 mi walk to the conference center, by the best restaurant (Osprey) and so close to the beach!
The hot tub was easy to use even with kids and the grill was wonderful. We didn’t use the garage amenities this time but they were all in good shape!

My husband, daughter, two granddaughters, and myself stayed at this adorable Seaside bungalow over the Fourth of July week. The size was perfect, the back patio and hot tub were very nice. Everything that we needed was provided. Beds very comfortable. Great location with restaurants and neighborhood store located nearby, not to mention an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to stay again in this lovely vacation home.

The house was so clean!!!...we all loved the hot tub and ping pong in garage was great for the kids to give adults some quiet time. Quiet neighborhood, beds were really comfortable and plenty of sitting room in the evenings. We had no complaints.

The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our two families to be comfortable and have a great relaxing time. Convenient location, the ping pong was a great bonus for our two teenagers and the hot tub was perfect for sore muscles.

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to stay in seaside for the family, this is the place! We celebrated my sons 5th birthday here and couldn’t have had a better experience. Fully enclosed backyard, hot tub, bikes, pull wagon for walkable beach trips (great for the backs of parents!). The house is a very comfortable and clean bungalow that invites relaxation and a “beachy” feel. We will definitely be back soon!

This home is amazing. Malia and Arnie have done a wonderful job. I was thrilled from the moment I opened the door. From the cleanliness to the cutesy decor it just felt like home. One huge plus, is the beds were all amazing and each a slightly different level or firmness which is nice since we don't all love soft beds. We played ping pong nightly and the distance to the beach was perfect. A little far to get my kids to walk to town but all in all it was great. Such an amazing home. I hope to be coming back in the near future.

We visit the beach every year for our sons birthday and this house did not disappoint! The house is very clean and well decorated. The beds were so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed every morning lol. We rode the bikes that are in the garage down the promenade and had a blast! Our son loved the house so much he said he wants to come back every birthday lol. The hosts were so friendly and very communicative. I loved the back patio and enjoyed a cup of coffee each morning back there.

My family and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a home away from home. It was a short little walk to the beach. There was a wagon in the garage which was very useful to walk with our 3-year-old grandson to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and the restaurant next door has amazing food and service!

We had a great time and the property really worked for us. It was all so easy--check in and out were a breeze and the information and instructions were appreciated. We really liked the location, the size of the house was great for 4 people, and Arnie and Malia had everything totally in order. The place was really clean. Ok, the bikes could probably use a tune-up, but even there I loved that they had some character. We would definitely recommend the property!
