Come una delle nostre ultime offerte Sunset Bay, Villa 118 è una bellissima unità al piano terra con una passeggiata diretta al porto turistico. Lussuosa camera da letto principale (letto king size) con balcone privato sull'acqua e bagno privato, con doccia piastrellata e vasca idromassaggio. Villa 118 dormirà 7 - una camera per gli ospiti dispone di un letto a rotelle King (può essere un re o pieghevole fino a 2 Twins) e l'altra camera dispone di un Twin trundle (2 Twins). Tutti i comfort moderni come la lavanderia completa, tutti gli elettrodomestici, una cucina gourmet con finestre sull'acqua e molto altro! Situata ai margini della baia, questa villa offre un balcone privato con accesso diretto al porto turistico e un posto barca riservato con acque profonde da 40 piedi. We’ve used this rental in the past, and have always been very satisfied. It is well maintained (new, good quality large appliances this year) and tastefully furnished and decorated with nice furniture, good dishes, cookware, etc. The location couldn’t be better; it’s right on the water with great views of the sunsets and within walking distance to town with its shops and restaurants.

August 2021 Stay
The unit was very nice and right on the water. We saw dolphins in the channel 2 different mornings. Everything was as advertised. The only down side was the room with the 2 twin beds was a trundle and the room was small. Hard to use for 2 adults.

We loved our stay at Sunset Villas! Had a great week. So much fun crabbing off the dock. Love the villa. Very comfortable and clean. And we got engaged at Sunrise! A Chincoteaque proposal! We reserved for next year! See you then!

August 2021 Stay
We visited Chincoteague with our two daughters and their families. We were in 118 with two additional adults and two children under 4. My other daughter and her husband and two children rented 116. We were close enough to spend lots of quality time together and yet have sufficient privacy. 118 was spacious, clean, and offered great views of the bay including beautiful sunsets. Having direct access to the dock was a real bonus! My husband and grandchildren spent hours out there catching crabs, fish, and other sea creatures. Porpoises visited us one day! I would highly recommend both condos! The only two downsides I can think of about 118 are the beds are extremely firm. If you don’t like sleeping on a firm mattress bring a mattress topper. The other concern if you are docking a boat in the boat slips on the bay side of the building your boat will get constantly bounced around and could be damaged. The bay access is not a “No Wake” zone. Boats are constantly going by at high speeds causing strong wakes.

We really enjoyed our stay and we’re so thankful that the condo was well furnished and had a beautiful view of the water. Unfortunately the weather was terrible with gale force winds and rain and cold temperatures but we were able to sit and read and relax. Everything was super.

Better than expected
What an amazing place! Even the people in the town are amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. Our only regret was not staying more than 2 nights.

The condo was beautiful, clean and well- appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the views or location.
One caution: I love a firm mattress, but the mattresses in this condo would better be described as a concrete slab. A mattress topper is a MUST if you don't want to be fighting over who gets to sleep on the sofa.
Something that could be a concern to some is that the room with the trundle, does not have a window/second form of egress.
We would definitely stay again (just pack mattress toppers).

This is an amazing property. Pool in photo is much smaller than it appears and can be overrun with children if you don't have a group of your own but have and will stay over and over. Try cowboy cruises to see the ponies. Great experience.

Beautiful condo with jaw dropping views out the windows. Well stocked, the kitchen is ready for real cooking. The master bedroom is amazing. The kids loved the trundle bed for a fun sleepover. Easy walk down main st to the shops and waterfront park, and a quick drive to the beach and nature reserve. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great 2-night stay. The condo was large, clean, well-appointed, and had an incredible water view. Loons and other waterfowl were right out our living room window. And there was a fantastic porch to enjoy the sunset. We would definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful! My husband and I wanted a quiet New Year together on the water and this was the perfect stay for us. Our unit was clean, up to date, spacious and safe. All the things we wanted for our perfect little getaway.

A Magical Stay
This property was PERFECT for our family of 4 (kids ages 2 & 5) for our FIRST ever visit to Chincoteague.
The property was impeccably clean. The decor was gorgeous and the murals on the walls- so unique. The views... can’t beat it!!! I want to live here- in unit 118 forever!
The tv’s were a little tricky- no biggie.
But the one thing I’d pass off to future bookers is: beware of how far unit 118 is from the parking lot. Bring a pull cart if you have a lot of stuff! Two kids with everything we brought- took 4 trips! But don’t let that deter u!
We can’t wait to come back!
