We loved our stay here.

Location was great, close to town but out in the country. No one was near to the house. The sofas were very comfy, as was the bed. The kitchen had everything you would need. It was very quiet here. The house was very clean.

It did need little updates.

Wonderful time at the Family Jewel!

Location was great. House was homey and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The sheets smelled nice. It was the perfect mountain getaway.

No one texted or emailed me the day before with code to get in. I called apon arrival. Security alarm went off. Not a good start after driving 12 hours to get there.

This cabin worked great for our family. We weren't in it much due to sightseeing, so it was perfect!

It's a quiet, quaint cabin tucked into the side of a mountain.

The cabin needs a deep clean. There were cobwebs in the corners and the bedroom/bathroom doors were very dusty. Otherwise, it was clean. The guest shower (near the laundry room) was too small for our family. My husband and sons are 6', 6'4", and 6'5", so they couldn't use the shower at all.

The cleaning fee was terrible at $150 for such as small house and one floor.

Nice place to stay if you don't mind rushing to pack and clean the cabin by 10am.

Quite, peaceful and centrally located.

The high cleaning fee when you have to strip the beds, do a load of laundry, take out the trash and make sure all the dishes are clean and put away. So not to much left to clean. I think it's back to the hotels. Never did get the front door to lock, instructions for that were not given. Had to leave the cabin unlocked while we were in town. Instructions said to shut the door and it would lock automatically, it never did. Instructions were never given on how to set the alarm, since I've never used one before it would have helped.

THEy really need to invest in a new water heater!!

nice set up it was is a very nice property

THE HOT WATER ONLY LAST 12 Minutes !!! Then takes 1-2 hours to get hot again!!!!!!!!!

Centrally located to so many areas

Just like home, everything you need in the kitchen and shower. Beds were comfy as were the recliners which is what sold us on booking here the first time. We were here first in December and the location is so central to so many things, we decided to come back for my dad's 81st birthday!

no armoire - I personally am a fan of not living out of my suitcase, so this was disappointing.
