The location was a little out of the main part of Cherokee and away from the large Casino which made it a quieter location. There were places to eat nearby.

We were there just one night, a Tuesday night. We reported a light wasn’t working in the shower and it wasn’t fixed while we were there.

The facility was disgusting and outdated there were dead bugs in the hallways the room was musky smelling and didn’t look like it was cleaned the pool and hot tub was green the door to get into it was broken you had to squeeze to get in when I checked then looked around I went back to let the desk clerk know that I wasn’t happy and wanted a refund and to leave they made excuses they had to wait on manager orI had to go thru booking .com just to give the run around and to be overcharged for 2 nights when I only had booked for the one night and no one including booking .com has been able to speak to anyone at the hotel I wished I had taken the time to take pictures of how disgusting this place truly was there was only 1 car in the parking lot and it was a busy holiday week after Christmas they was enough to scare us away

The hotel is a little older, so it comes across as dirty, but overall it was clean, just dated. We checked the bed for bugs and it was a brand new mattress and cover, so that was reassuring. The bed was a bit stiff, but I like a firmer mattress. The pool and hot tub was a little interesting; it’s in a greenhouse type glass cover, so it was very steamy, but it was nice to have.

The drain in the shower didn’t drain properly.

Maintenance needed. Breakfast selection only fair.

there was no blanket on the bed. roach on the toilet seat, noisy people (Spanish music being played too loud).

the hotel was super clean but some of the staff was rude or couldn’t speak English the room had roaches and bed bugs I had to switch rooms 3 times I got a refund for my stay but unfortunately I will not return and the pool gave my kids pink eye the pool definitely should be cleaned and the jacuzzi needs to be cleaned .

it had a weird scent throughout the facility including my room. the room in cleanliness I will give a 5/10. I expected a descent view.
