The code was given and and we unlocked the box and got the keys,

There was only one set of keys. It made it hard for people to go in different directions.

The location was great! It was quite and a beautiful view.

There were dead bugs on the floor and in the window seals. I did send pictures showing the bugs.

No cell or internet service provided. If there had been an emergency would not have been able to reach 911.

The cabin was clean, and well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies. The location was excellent. i.e. close to attractions in Bryson City and neighboring towns. Grounds and porch are wonderful. We are grandparents traveling with six kids between the ages of 7 and 12. This home worked for us. We loved having a washer and dryer in the home.

The third bedroom is in the basement and can only be entered by going outside and using a separate door. This property is perfect for a family of four traveling with one set of grandparents. The basement is a lovely little apartment with one bedroom.

We loved everything about it, just a little further then we anticipated. But sooo worth the peace and quiet country feel.

Host thought of everything. Very satisfied. Would recommend a sharper set of knives. Great location and beautiful cabin. We will be back

The deck was wonderful. You should emphasize that more when you advertise the space. So many places to sit and enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek below.

One toilet ran constantly and the other did not flush properly. I contacted the property and they said maintenance would come. I did not expect them to come that evening, but they called the next afternoon when we were out hiking and out of cell phone range. By the time I got the call it was evening and I returned the call but got only a voicemail.
