Clean and good location to where we were going.
The breakfast was okay. Could have had a few more options

The pool area was very nice and clean. The temperature wasn't too cold and the hot tub was great.
The manager contacted us after departure about a laptop that we left behind and offered to ship it to us (at our cost, which is right & fair).
Management was friendly and asked several times about our stay and if we had any needs.
The fire alarm went off twice while we were there, once on arrival (around 7PM) and once at 745 on the morning of departure.
No cinnamon rolls! We were all disappointed!
The night staff wasn't very friendly.

They were doing some renovations on the second floor right over our room and it got a little noisy.

The service , location, breakfast and everything was clean. Good shower product (dove) . Love the bead so comfortable.

Location of the hotel was good. Close to Dillsboro and Sylva and easy access to major roads. Staff was pleasant.
The breakfast was poorly stocked. The pancake machine was not working properly. We were told they had no extra bags for the pancakes and had to wait until the next day. It was out of service on the last day. Out of fruit and biscuits on the last day and we were there early.

Beds were comfy, location was convenient but ugly with dead RVs all across the front yard of the hotel.
They really need to stop using powdered eggs, they are so gross. Never told us the pool was out.

The room was clean. Free parking.
We got there at 4pm and none of the rooms were ready for check in. The hotel is extremely understaffed.
Also there was construction going on and the sounds were so loud that we had to leave for a few hours. Same thing with construction noise the next day starting at 7am.

There was some minor construction noise, but there were signs up that renovations are taking place, so we knew walking in the door what we were getting into.

The hall light in our room had to be on to use one of the outlets so we had to take the bulb out to sleep. The ceiling was falling down in a small spot in the shower but it appears they are under some renovations.

Found out upon check in that the pool and hot tub were out of service because of roof renovations. This was the main reason we choose this property.

Location was fair...close to Dillsboro. There was a junk yard at the hotel property entrance.

Egg omlet over cooked. No bacon. cimmon rolls excellent.
The hallway of the second floor had a strong smell that stunk.

no vent in the bathroom. once we all took a shower there was a strong musty/moldy smell for the remainder of our stay.
