The rental was clean upon arrival and available for us to check in about an hour early. The location is perfect, right next to the beach club. I 100% recommend and we have already started planning our next trip back.

We had the best time at our stay in watercolor. The location to the beach is perfect. We loved all the shops and restaurants nearby. We rented bikes and were able to bike into Seaside daily. I felt safe, letting my Teenagers bike around by themselves.

This was the perfect house for our family of 4. The size was great and location could not be beat. You are steps from the Watercolor Beach Club and pool as well as beach access. Great house!

Loved the Bella Notte linens (if you know, you know) and the beds were incredibly comfy.
The space is beautifully decorated with tons of space for our family of four.

We loved this condo! Super clean and close to the watercolor club, beach access, a coffee shop, and shopping! Great space for our family, 5 and 2 year old. Very easy, thorough process checking in. Would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this unit in watercolor! It is a great choice for someone with one child who wants to stay as close as possible to the beach club! My only guidance to future renters to consider - this units primary bedroom is lovely, but directly off the parking lot and trash complex. We didn’t notice until the next day at 510am when the trash was picked up waking us both up. Every morning it came for collection between 5-6am. If you are a light sleeper, I’d recommend a white noise system or ear plugs. Unit is showing small signs of wear and tear - but it still the best quality of rental we’ve stayed in!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was so beautiful and clean and my family and I loved it so much. It was in the perfect place near the pool and beach and we will definitely stay there again. My best stay at Watercolor yet. Thank you for making it so special. One word of advice, please supply more trash cans in the house like the bedrooms.

We stayed at the Honeysuckle in Watercolor during spring break and loved almost everything about the trip. The condo is aesthetically lovely, all light blues and tans. There’s no question you’re at the beach. Plenty of room for a family of 4, and a couple more people on the really comfortable couches.
We had some early check-in issues as one door lock was broken. It took a while to land the right people to speak with, but it all worked out in the end. My only real requests would be a few more towels, and maybe some basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper and olive oil, but we fully managed without. There are so many food options nearby. My last request would be a check out of 10:30 or 11. 10 is tight with kids, feeding everyone and cleaning up.
The condo is about 0.5 mi (10 - 15 min walk) from the heart of Seaside and we either walked or biked everywhere. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Honeysuckle! The location is very convenient to the Watercolor Beach Club and beach access, shops, and a short walk to Seaside. The unit is very well decorated and was a comfortable size for our family of four. My only recommendation would be providing a cooler for beach use and perhaps an extra trash bag or two- this would have been helpful!

The property is lovely, spacious, updated, and high quality overall. 1-minute walk to the Watercolor Beach Club. A quick walk to a great coffee shop, restaurants & shopping.

Honeysuckle #47 was decorated to perfection-we loved the space and how close it was to the pool and beach with our small children. Watercolor was super quiet-had no problems getting front row beach chairs in the morning and always found lounge chairs by the pool-workers said it was the complete opposite the week prior! The place did have 2 chairs and an umbrella but we never used it. There were 3 exits in the place but thankful for the extra upper/lower locks on the master bedroom door so the littles couldn’t escape. The second story deck was nice and had great afternoon sun on it.

Residence was nice. Construction all over, so they discounted us 30% for our stay. Thank you. Had everything you would need inside this townhouse. Decorated nice and clean. Beds nice. Main Pool: Packed. You either choose the beach or pool. Sit towels down on chairs and go to the beach and your towels will be gone when you come back. Drinks are 14 each. 6 pack of beer below Fish out of Water...over 20 bucks. Watercolor isn't cheap.Beach. Packed. Umbrellas and chairs packed like sardines. 2nd row and back, you cannot see the water. Want first row? Book a year in advance at nearly $100 a day for 2 chairs n umbrella. Not real convenient for a family with 2 little ones. I went down in the mornings an hour before they opened to get in line to get 2nd row. Not what I wanted to do on vacation. Restaurants: Good food. You will pay a premium however. You either book reservations or get there by 5. Anything after and you will wait well over an hour or longer. Watercolor is nice and trendy but expensive and super packed most of the year. Not really our style but the placed we stayed in was really nice. Will be better once the construction is done. Trying to give an honest review so you can make the best decision for your family. Honestly, I believe there is better value for your dollar, other than Watercolor.
