Location, location location! Se stai cercando la vera esperienza di Park City, questo è il posto che fa per te! Situato nel cuore di Park CIty, il nostro posto è comodo a tutto! A meno di 1/2 miglio da Park CIty Mountain Resort e sul sistema di autobus GRATUITO, puoi arrivare rapidamente ovunque in Park City! Negozio di alimentari, Starbucks, cinema e molti altri negozi e ristoranti si trovano dall'altra parte della strada, quindi non hai davvero bisogno di una macchina. C'è un posto auto coperto coperto annesso al nostro condominio con vialetto privato se si preferisce avere il proprio mezzo di trasporto. Il primo piano ha un layout molto aperto con cucina aperta sul soggiorno con accogliente caminetto a gas. C'è un secondo spazio abitativo che vanta un tavolo da biliardo per il divertimento di tutti. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità, sala da pranzo e stanza di polvere al primo piano. Al piano superiore, nel master troverete 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con vasca idromassaggio. Master è di grandi dimensioni con 2 ampi armadi e letto king size e un balcone con vista sulle montagne. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. La terza camera ha 3 letti singoli. La cucina ha ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inossidabile. Il condominio include anche internet via cavo e ad alta velocità. Il complesso condominiale dispone di club house, piscina all'aperto e 2 vasche idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni. I campi da tennis sono aperti solo nei mesi estivi. Questa è un'ottima posizione!

We had a great time. The property was very clean, the location is amazing, the host was wonderful and very communicative. There were multiple touches around the property that made the stay very comfortable. This was a wonderful location. We hope to stay here again. Thanks for everything!

The home was perfect for our group. We rented another unit across the street for the other half of the family.
This one had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and a cozy place to hang out at the end of a day of skiing. We appreciated the laundry machine. The proximity to the mountain was great, an easy walk. The owners were responsive.

Really we had the most excellent stay. Donna is amazing, the property is great, the pool table was a huge hit, and this was the best stocked kitchen I've ever rented. I would stay here a million times over.

The property was very clean and fit our group of 7 perfectly with room to spare. Loved the short walk to the bus with 1 stop to the Park City skiing. Also, having the grocery store across the street was awesome to have.

We had a wonderful stay, Donna was incredibly communicative in sharing details and check in info ahead of time and checked in to make sure we were all set once we had arrived. The property itself is spacious with all the amenities you could need and with very comfortable beds in a fantastic location close to everything and right off the bus line in park city. I’ve stayed in other condos in the same area and this might just be the best! 100% would stay here again!

Donna was very responsive via text. Plenty of beds for our family. Pool table was a highlight. Local shuttle service to the mountain is very close and very convenient. Grocery store was directly across the street. Community hot tub was a nice touch but got busy after a long day on the slopes. Location of the property was excellent with plenty of sidewalks to local shops and restaurants.

Excellent Park City Condo
This place is spacious and comfortable, with two nice full-walled bedrooms separated by open spaces for good privacy, plus a loft-like area that would be good for children. The kitchen is very nice, with an island with a good cook top, plus all kinds of useful appliances, spices, etc.
The condo's location is the best - across the street from a really nice grocery store, and less than a mile from the main ski slopes. We could (and did) walk into the main part of town as well.
We'd definitely rent this again if we returned to Park City with family.

Great time in Park City
Location is excellent. Fresh market is a 4 min walk and the bus stop to park city mountain is a 2 min walk. Property is clean. Donna responds to questions promptly. I’d stay there again.

Park City Condo
We had a very good experience with this rental. Layout was great for our group. Having a main floor bathroom was really nice. Location for food and transportation to the ski slopes was really nice. We could also fit two cars in the driveway.

Comfortable and good location
Location couldn't be better for access to Park City skiing. We enjoyed the hot tub / pool that was a very short walk away. Very comfortable for six to cook, hang out, and play pool and other games. Hope to return!

Very nice amenities. Well stocked with basics- spices, paper products, detergent. Beds extremely comfortable.
Unit only an 8 minute walk from the Payday lift. Grocery store across the street.
Good for two couples and two children/siblings as third room is loft-like.

Perfect ski condo
We had a great few days in Park City staying at Donna's condo. The location was a 1-2 minute walk from the free ski shuttle and it's one stop from the base of Park City mountain. Super easy.
The condo was the perfect amount of space for 4 guys, and was totally clean and comfortable. We also used the community outdoor hot tub one night which was great.
Definitely recommend staying here and Donna was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Christmas get away
We loved our stay here. It was roomy for our family of adult kids, beds were comfy, we played games and baked and had a great time. Location to Park City mountain was walking distance and the local free bus stop was right outside the door. Fresh market was just across the street so driving wasn’t really necessary. Hosts were very friendly and great to answer questions. Would highly recommend this property!

Great stay
The property owner communicated very well and was easily accessible. The property was great, and the pool table was a bonus that we enjoyed. Property was next to the free bus but also walkable (long walk) to Main St. Food store across the street was great.

Softball in Utah
We rented the property so we could attend a softball tournament in Park City. The property was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, clean property, and excellent location. Want to rent again for sure.

Perfect place to stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Donna and Jim’s condo. It was very nice, super clean, well maintained, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed. You could tell they take great care of it. The location was perfect and close to everything. The pool table was a huge hit, especially with our 3 teenage boys. I definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Great location, spacious accommodation
My husband and I traveled with 4 teenage boys. It was an easy walk or shuttle ride to Park City Resort. The pool & hot tub facility was nice and pretty close. Communication with owners was easy. The grocery store is right across the street. You don’t really need a car staying here as the shuttle system will take you anywhere.

Great Location and Great Hosts!
This was one of the best locations of any ski property that I've stayed in. Walking distance to the lift, grocery, and bus line we didn't have to use our rental car once! The hosts were so helpful and very responsive with any questions we had. Thanks Again Ferguson family!!!

Great Place for a Ski Trip
Nothing bad we can say about this place. Has everything you would need for a ski trip. Plenty of room to sleep and entertain. The walk to the lifts was about 10 min and if you didn't want to do that you could take the bus system that stops outside.
If we ever come back we will definitely try to get this place again.

Great family vacation!
Out family had a wonderful stay. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the pool table is a great bonus for the kids and adults! We will be back for sure.

Ski trip
We stayed Feb 2020 for 5 nights. We wanted something that was big enough for 6 guys, and fairly close to town. This place was perfect. There were enough beds and the location was great, only 2 shuttle stops away from the Park City base, and around 1 mile from the main street area, which was also easy to get to via free shuttles. The kitchen had plenty of stuff for you to cook, and TV/fireplace worked great. We really enjoyed the community hot tub, which is about 150 yard walk.
Communication with the owner was smooth, door code was received and everything we needed was taken care of. Will definitely look to book again if we come back to PC.

excellent skiing accomodations
Everything was great for our ski vacation. The beds were comfortable for our whole group and we used every bed! The kitchen accommodated us every night and kept us away from the crowded restaurants. And the location was excellent as it is across the street from the grocery store/rentals/walgreens.

great time, convenient location
We had a great time on vacation. The house was clean. The owner left easy to understand instructions. There were some cooking ingredients left there in the pantry and plenty of utensils and plates. The hot tub is huge and is a short walk down the driveway. We had a few questions and she responded quickly. All of us agreed we would like to return again in a couple years.

Just what you need
Great location... too far to walk, but 2 minute drive or easy bus ride away. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Wifi and cable great. Great parking spot and nice space inside to gear up for skiing everyday. Simple bedding and decor.
