L'appartamento, al terzo piano (con ascensore) di una palazzina in tipico stile anni ‘50 situata in una delle vie principali del prestigioso quartiere di Borgo Trento, dista 350 mt. dal centro storico, 750 mt. dall'ingresso dell'Anfiteatro Arena e meno di 15 minuti di cammino dal Balcone di Giulietta e Romeo.
Tutte le principali linee di trasporto pubblico, anche quelle per la Stazione Ferroviaria e la Fiera di Verona, fermano a 100 mt. dall'ingresso del palazzo, così come quelle dirette all’Ospedale Civile di Borgo Trento, raggiungibile peraltro a piedi in una decina di minuti.
La via è inoltre ben servita da eleganti bar e caffè, nonché da un paio di supermercati ben forniti.

This apartment worked well for 5 travellers. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and the living room doubles as a bedroom. We found the pull out bed to be very comfortable. The location is outstanding - peaceful and a short walk to Verona city center. Our communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for having us.

This apartment is superbly situated in the Borgo Trento district of Verona, with its own shops, bars, restaurants and pizzerias and yet is only a 10 minute walk into the heart of Verona and the Arena. The gated car parking was a plus for us as we had hired a car. The Wifi was excellent. We've used Vrbo and HomeAway before that for nearly 20 years now and Mirta is the best host we have ever encountered. She did "host" us and personally met us and showed us around. She was so accommodating, helpful and informative and contributed to a memorable stay in Verona.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The interior decoration is reminiscent of mid-century Italian style. Everything was provided including a fully stocked kitchen with condiments appliances and accessories. The immediate neighborhood is just across the river from the hectic frenzy of the tourists and feels very local and authentic. Hope to come back again soon.

We stayed five nights with our two children, 10 and 13. The check-in process was seamless, and our host was incredible, giving us advice and information, including a map of Verona. The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean. It was the little things that made us feel at home - adapters for our charging cables, coffee pods and some little treats for the kids.
The location of the apartment is ideal - it takes less than a10min walk to get to the old center. The bus stop (taking you to the station) is opposite, with buses running every ten minutes. The little shop is a 2min walk away and there were bars, restaurants and ice cream shops on the doorstep.
On day two we took the bus to the station and then onto the direct train to Venice (it was packed, but as we were at the station well before departure time, we got a seat. I also pre-booked and the return journey was only just over 60Euros). On day three we took the Bus from the Arena (a ten-minute walk) to Lazise (that took an hour but was cheap), then the ferry to Sirmione (which was around 35 Euros for all of us one way) and then first a shuttle from Sirmione old town to a suburb area where we took a direct bus back to Verona. It felt a bit like an adventure, and we had an overall great time.
We loved the fact that we didn't need a car and that everything was easily accessible.
The check-out process was easy and straight forward, and I think we will definitely be back one day.

A great location so close to everything. This was a great retreat for our short stay in Verona. Very close to city centre and short drive to vineyards. Clean and comfortable and a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Our time in Verona was fantastic. Mirta was great in maintaining communication both before and during our visit. She made the check-in very simple and the apartment had everything we needed. This was also one of the few places that listed available parking that actually had it. That is a rare thing. I would definitely recommend this apartment to future visitors.

The apartment is excellent and conveniently located, and the owner and host, Mirta, was in touch a few days in advance and she was there to check us in, and also gave us some great recommendations. I w would definitely return and will be recommending it to friends.

The location is incredible. Mirta recommended the best neighborhood restaurant . It was delicious. So easy to get around the loveliest city. Mirta could not have been more helpful. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Cannot wait to visit Mirta’s home and Verona again.

An elegant but comfortable 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor (w/elevator) of an apartment building just a couple of blocks from Ponte della Vittoria and the old city. Lots of bus lines, good shopping, nice restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. The bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Mirta was extremely helpful and responsive and made dealing with lost luggage and late taxis much more manageable. Would stay here again for sure.

The check in process was easy and efficient. The apartment was located within easy walking distance of pretty much anything you would want to see in Verona. Mirta was responsive and had helpful info for getting to the apartment when we arrived via train. Will visit again!

Mirta's property is perfect for a small group. We were a couple with an elderly parent. Car parking was great bonus s was the elevator nfor our stuff. It was two bedrooms and fold out sofa. Second bedroom had cute murphy beds. Showers take a bit of getting used to as the shower walls fold out of the way. The location was great...just over the bridge from the historic center. Grocery is very convenient and restaurants on the next block even a vegetarian restaurant. The big bonus was air-conditioning in the hot summer. I highly recommend it for your visit to Verona. It is about a ten minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena. Also not too far from a hop on hop off bus stop.

Geweldig verblijf Verona
Wij verbleven in dit prachtige appartement om een opera in Verona te bezoeken en natuurlijk de prachtige stad verder te ontdekken. Het appartement is stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De loopafstand naar het centrum is perfect.

Everything’s perfect!
The Host - Mirta- is really friendly and accommodating! She even forwarded us things we forgot in the apartment.
The apartment was perfect for 6 adults- it was very clean and located at a very central location. There is an elevator, so no problems with much luggage.
There is a parking lot for one car, what’s really helpfully in Verona.
Thanks to Mirta for the warm welcome and a perfect stay in Verona. We will definitely come back and visit you.

Ruhig und trotzdem zentrumsnahe. in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Arena. Eigenen Parkplatz am Object. Check-In/Out reibungslos. Aufmerksame, freundliche Vermieterin. Durch die 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder genügend Platz. Klimaanlage. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Ruhiges Haus mit Fahrstuhl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

OPERation Verona
Eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete geräumige Wohnung direkt an der Altstadt Verona's gelegen. Klimatisiert, 2 Bäder, großer Balkon und in der Küche zusätzlich eine kleine Loggia.
Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst sympathisch und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und bei zukünftigen Besuchen in Verona hoffen wir wieder dort wohnen zu können!!!

Perfect place in Verona!
The accommodations were excellent! It was very clean and we appreciated the dish washer. The location to the old town made our visit pleasurable, plus within 2 blocks are a grocery, 2 cafes, and a restaurant. It was a 10 minute walk to old town and a 25 minute walk to the funicular. Twice we walked to the funicular in the evening and had a glass of wine while watching the sun set over Verona. Although many times in Italy, we had never been to Verona and it is now one of our favorites.
We had considered taking a cooking class. Mirta gave us an option of having her come to the flat and cooking for us while teaching us how to create typical Italian dishes for the cost of the groceries plus a small fee. She gave us a menu from which to choose. She was an excellent teacher and the food was outstanding! She agreed to eat with us and the conversation was as memorable as the food—such fun!
Mirta is a hostess. Living within 5 minutes of the flat, we knew we could count on her for any issue that may come up. We left having made a new friend.
The first few days we did not have a car but the train station was a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride. We went to Milan and Venice by train. When we rented a car, it was so convenient to have a parking spot. A day trip to Lake Garda was another wonderful excursion.
If we ever get near Verona again (and I am sure we will!), a stay at Nord-Ovest will be mandatory!

Verona overnight
On our way From Germany to Tuscany, we chose to spend a night in Verona. Mirta made us feel like family. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. We took advantage of several of her suggestions (dinner and breakfast). The apartment was just as described and met or exceeded our expectations. We will be back to Verona, and hopefully be able to stay at this fine location and work with Mirta again!

Zentrumnah und viel Platz
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist sehr groß, hat eine Klimaanlage, die wir jetzt im Sommer gerne genutzt haben, und alle Geräte, die man braucht.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig, da man das Zentrum schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein gutes Restaurant, das uns die Gastgeberin empfohlen hat.
Außerdem steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, was in Verona vom großen Vorteil ist. Wir sind mit zwei Autos angereist. Die Gastgeberin ist uns dabei entgegengekommen und noch einen Parkplatz besorgt. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut. Sie hat uns schon im Voraus alle Informationen per Whats-App geschickt. Gerne noch mal!

Great location in Verona
Mirta was an excellent host all through our short stay in Verona. The apartment is in a great location and has very good coffe shops and restaurants in walking distance. The parking space came in handy and the kindness of Mirta in providing a few nice touches upon our arrival helped make this a great experience for the 6 of us. One slight caution - on very hot days the power drained by the air conditioning made using the washer and microwave impossible due to circuit overload, however Mirta walked me through where and how to reset the breaker so it was not an issue.

The property was great. It was very comfortable and the location could not have been better. Our hostess, Mirta, was fantastic. Verona is such a wonderful town that I hope to return one day. If I do, and Mirta is still hosting, I will definitely be staying here.

Geweldig verblijf nabij binnenstad Verona
Wij hebben met 4 volwassenen, 1 peuter en 1 baby drie nachten in dit geweldige appartement verbleven. Wij hebben genoten van de luxe van het appartement, maar vooral ook van de mooie binnenstad van Verona op loopafstand van het appartement.
Het appartement voldeed eigenlijk aan alle wensen die we stelden en kwam overeen met hetgeen wij via homeaway hebben gelezen. Vooraf nam Mirta contact met ons op over de check-in, dit was fijn en vooral ook handig. We kwamen met twee auto's, maar ook dit was geen probleem; we hadden op de binnenplaats 2 parkeerplaatsen, dankzij Mirta.
De locatie was zoals gezegd ideaal. Als ik dan toch 1 minpuntje moet noemen was het enig lawaai van de drukke straat langs het appartement; het zou echter voor ons geen reden zijn hier níet terug te komen.
Samenvattend; geweldig verblijf, mooi appartement, mooie stad, bij terugkomst zou ik weer hier willen verblijven.
