Close to everything. Beautiful place.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo was beautiful and clean. The view was incredible. Also have pool bar Jims on-site was the icing on the cake. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We made amazing family memories here!

We have been going to Hilton Head for 30 plus years and this has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is spacious, beautifully maintained and decorated, and an easy short walk to the beach, pools, restaurants, and shopping. Leslie was great to work with too and was very responsive.

This SeaCrest villa is beautiful and very well maintained. The view from the 3rd floor balcony overlooking the grounds and ocean is fantastic. The villa is well appointed with newer furniture, appliances and kitchen is well stocked. The booking process was very easy and the owner, Leslie, was very accommodating and was available to answer any questions or address any issues that arose during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa for a wonderful vacation.

Very nice property and great location

Best location - across the street from fun shops & restaurants, steps from clean, wide, beautiful Coligny beach, easy access to everything on the island. Spacious, clean condo - 3 large masters with adjoining baths, lots of common area seating with 2 recliners overlooking amazing view of property & beach. Host - Leslie was amazing with great suggestions, directions and helpfulness. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Will be back for sure!

The best part of the property was the beautiful view. The location is also great and there are shops, restaurants, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We were all very disappointed to find out that the indoor pool, fitness room, and outdoor hot tub were all closed. Knowing that it would be a chilly time of year, I specifically looked for a property that had an indoor pool and hot tub. Covid was the reason for the closure, so presumably these amenities have been unavailable for over a year but the owner did not update the listing. The property manager was on vacation and never returned a phone call. My husband opened a blind the first morning and it broke. The blinds are roman shades that are clearly old because the fabric is discolored and yellow with age. We were charged $100 for this damage, yet were given zero compensation for the lack of amenities included in the listing. There was a note posted about the blinds stating that the cleaning staff will inspect for damage, so clearly this is a recurring problem. I am not surprised because these old shades are supported by a string not much thicker than a fishing line. The property was mostly quite clean, but there was food in the couch and the chair, so the cleaning crew may want to add this to their routine. The condo was well stocked with towels, blankets, and toiletry items. We were locked out out the unit an hour before our checkout time and that led to some stress. Thankfully the owner was responsive and gave us a new code quickly. Overall, we had a great trip, but this unit had some significant disappointments.

Three 65+ couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leslie's Hilton Head beachfront place. Great location, clean, amazing view and well supplied. Three King suite rooms each with a tv, large bathroom and walk in closets. Walk to shops and places to eat. Highly recommend!

Lovely spacious condo and gorgeous property! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The location is great. Everything you need is close by. No car necessary. The villa was wonderful. It was spacious, well equipped and felt like home from the very first day. Leslie provided great information about the area and always responded quickly. I look forward to my next stay.

Awesome experience, perfect area in Hilton Head

We've stayed at the SeaCrest property several times before as we love the location and the amenities offered there ,but this condo was by far the best we have experienced.The owner was fantastic in communicating everything we needed to know prior to and during our stay. Even details like how to operate the electronics and appliances were posted, which can be very frustrating when renting.Super clean and organized and a view that gave you that, never left the beach feeling. Already planning future dates to return and hopefully able to secure this property again.

This 3 bedroom condo has all the amenities for a perfect beach vacation. Situated right next to Coligny Plaza with restaurants, shops, grocery and entertainment just steps away. The view of the ocean, large bedrooms with balconies, a large pool and Pool Bar Jim’s are more reasons it’s the best place to stay. The owner and Vrbo are all Eady to work with.

Overall, we were very happy with our condo rental. There were a couple of issues but were immediately addressed by the property owner. Overall, we had a great time and the location was perfect!

It was hard to tell from the listing just how close to the beach we would be, but we could not have asked for a better location or view of the ocean. Being in a corner unit also gave us an extra balcony off of one of the bedrooms. We had six adults and two young children, and we all fit comfortably. The jacuzzi tubs in every room were a hit as well. We would definitely book this condo again if we ever return to Hilton Head.

We spent the last week at SeaCrest and loved our condo! Every room was a master bedroom with a big bathroom and walk-in closet. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed including a new washer and dryer. The windows and balconies had an amazing view of the water features, pool and ocean. You can't beat the location across the street from a great shopping area with restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We rented bikes for the week and hardly drove the car at all. The owner was very organized and did a great job communicating with us. The process was flawless and the condo was the perfect place for us to spend the week. We can't wait to go back!

Villa is beautiful. Leslie replied very quickly to all emails. A little sunshine would have helped but view was beautiful!

Leslie is a great and very responsive host. Great views with lots of windows. Very convenient being able to cross the street to visit Coligny Plaza. Very nice to have three bedrooms.

A wonderful vacation on Hilton Head. Not only is the view amazing and the condo with all the amenities is far superior to other places we’ve stayed but Leslie was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this unit with its ease of booking, view of ocean, location to Coligny, Sea Crest amenities (2 pools, beach bar, parking) and beautiful well stocked condo. A perfect vacation.

There was plenty of room for all of us (6) and the king size beds in each room were a bonus. The view from the condo is awesome. Leslie was super helpful and quick to answer any question I had. Truly appreciate the accommodations as well as Leslie and her kind demeanor and helpful attitude. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Had a great trip to HH. Property was very nice with great amenities. We had 2 adults and 4 kids (our two kids and each of them brought a friend) and the unit was great for us. Bedrooms were very comfortable, spacious and plenty of room. Great patio that has direct view of the of the property, beach and ocean. Watched a couple awesome lighting storms out in the ocean two different nights. Location of Seacrest is very good as it is literally across the street from Coligny Plaza which has numerous restaurants, shops, ice cream/dessert options, etc. We would definitely rent the place again. The only downside we had were the pools closed at either 5pm or 6pm (they extended the time to 6pm about half way thru our trip) every night which was definitely a bummer for our kids as they really wanted to do a post dinner swim. We were told it was because of COVID and needing to clean but there was no cleaning going on after they closed. I know for a fact that other complexes did not close their pools early.

I highly recommend this property. Everyone was blown away by it. It’s felt like the owners’ private property they’ve been enjoying themselves that they just recently decided to start sharing with others. It has so many surprising amenities/enhancements, doesn’t feel like a rental. Here are the things that make it perfect for a family vacation: 1. The View - oh the view, it is beautiful and the vast windows in the living room take full advantage. The ocean is right there, but also the pool, lagoon, and palm trees make the view spectacular. Two of the master bedrooms also have ocean views. 2. Everything is really really nice. Floors, counter tops, microwave, stove, dishes, pots/pans, giant TV (must be 75 or 80”), decor, and bathrooms are all high end. 3. Two recliners (rocker and swivel) in the living room perfectly situated to Be able to see the incredible view, the dining table, kitchen, and the huge TV. So comfortable and enjoyable. 4. All three bedrooms were master bedrooms with king beds. The third (without ocean view), had a queen sleeper sofa air with mattress and their own master bathroom with tub and shower. Our 3 kids loved it. Black our shades helped them sleep in too. 5. Location was perfect. The walk to the beach was short, maybe 5 minutes if u include the elevator ride down. We parked the car nearest to the beach in the parking garage and kept beach stuff there so we literally only carried it about 50 yards to the beach. It’s also close to Coligney, but just far enough away that the beach wasn’t as crowded. We setup each day between 10-11 and always had a prime beach spot. Right across the street are cool restaurants, Piggly Wiggly grocery store, shops, live music, and the best 92 flavor ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. 6. Pools, pool bar and restaurant, lagoon, hot tub (and indoor hot tub, fitness center, and endless swimmer pool) were all perfect for us. It was great to have 2 pools and one with a deep end up to 8 feet.

We stayed in this unit 2 years ago and again over this past New Year's. The unit is very clean and spacious. It was very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. Communication with the owner was great. Thanks Leslie. We would recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seacrest villa. The property manager was responsive and friendly. I couldn't ask for better communication. The condo was clean and spacious. The complex was perfect -- 2 outdoor pools, steps from the beach, and an indoor fitness center. And the location was perfect. It is walking distance from shops and a grocery store so we didn't have to drive very often. We will definitely book again this same condo on our return visit.

Sea Crest is a clean property. The water faucets by the beach were always having some issue probably from overuse but all was good. The property was clean and maintained. I loved our condo #2306, except for our bed. The bed was SQUEAKY just rolling over. And it was not comfortable. I think they put on a padded mattress top to cover a lumpy bed. Also, the blow up mattress for the sleeper sofa is not a workable solution. Kids ended up making it work without complaint, but not that great for the money. Just put two queen beds in the room to make it better. Bathrooms were great! I love that the master shower was large and had a bench and a shelf to put your shower supplies. Who wants to put their shampoo on the floor of a shower anyway? For a large unit, I prefer to have a large frying pan and a large pot for the minor cooking that we do, but we survived. Washer and dryer was primo! Very nice! Took the stairs each time to unit which really built up those leg muscles over the course of the week! Felt great! Nice couch and chairs and sound system was FANTASTIC! Listened to a lot of great music! If the bed situation was rectified, I would definitely rent again!

Beautiful condo with a breath taking view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Well decorated, clean, stocked well and everything we needed. Love the washer and dryer in the unit.

This place was amazing. Very well kept, clean and comfortable. Very convenient with walking distance to the pool, beach, restaurants, shops, and restaurants. We took our five children 10 and younger and we felt right at home. Beautiful balcony view on 3rd floor so we watched our kids carefully. Highly recommend!!!

This lovely condo was the prefect location and has an amazing view. The condo has everything you need to have a great stay. There were lots of great places to eat and shop. Leslie responded quickly to any questions we had. We would love to visit again .
