Really enjoyed our trip, the house keep all of us together and really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location

The front porch is one of our favorite spots. The location is perfect. Some restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We are looking forward to staying again in 2024.

Great location, easy access to scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, many other locations as well as access to the wedding Venue in Asheville. Walking distance from shopping & restaurants, small town coziness, weather was perfect for all things outdoors. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty nice set up. The kitchen is very minimally stocked (we had to go but our own dish towels). There is no dishwasher which is fine but they don’t supply a dish rack. Probably nice for most people but it was just too loud being right off the main drag. The biggest thing was the hot tub wasn’t functional, we were not informed of this by the rental company.

Could use better cleaning job but besides that the place was great

The best thing about this property was the ease of doing fun things together at the house. We watched the World Cup final on the TV, played billiards, and enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great stay.

We booked this property back in September for a December stay. The day before our trip we noticed a recent review saying the property had bed bugs. We called the property manager and they confirmed while there was a case, they had taken all the necessary steps to remedy the situation. I can confirm they did just that, no bed bugs in sight! We had a great stay at the cabin for the weekend. It was perfect to accommodate three different families and all of our kids.

Satisfied and would come again

This was a great place to stay when we were traveling with a group on motorcycles. Lots of space and ability to relax and do laundry if needed.

We have stayed here several times. We love the room it has for our crowd and it’s right in the heart of Maggie Valley.

We rent this cabin every time we visit Maggie Valley. It’s close to everything and we all enjoying staying here! Love it!

The Cabin was absolutely perfect. It is exactly what is described. We enjoyed being within walking distance to so many things in the Valley. The carpet golf next door was a fun and convenient add on to end ever day. Fun and affordable. We met some of the nicest people. Everyone in the Valley was so kind and helpful. The Cabin owners were amazing. We have decided to make this our yearly spot. It is a gem.

Was a spectacular place to stay, cabin was clean, accommodations were perfect, management was spectacular, can’t say enough. Loved the hot tub and the two kitchens were perfect since we travel in a group! Will surely be booking again for next year!!

I've stayed in enough VRBOs to tell which property owners go the extra mile because they're thinking about you and which ones provide the minimum in order to maximize profits because they're thinking about themselves; I'd say that Carolina Vacations fits the latter description more than the former. When you arrive at your VRBO after a day of driving you want to just be able to kick your shoes off and relax and not have to worry about going out again for any "essentials." Good thing we brought our own toilet paper, because Carolina Vacations didn't provide any. There were other small things missing that one would expect, especially in the kitchen. Fortunately we were not at the VRBO very much, so, the little disappointments did not have much of an overall impact on our time in South Carolina. My biggest complaint is that this property can sleep at least 10 adults, but there was no dishwasher. When you're on vacation you don't want to be standing at a sink doing dishes if it can be helped. The other thing was that no one could bother to put up a towel bar or hook outside the shower in the downstairs bathroom. Like I said, you can tell ...

It has plenty of parking and 2 separate living quarters (One downstairs and one upstairs), which allowed everyone to have their space and privacy. Very convenient to ride the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway. Motorcycle, Slingshot, Trailer and Pet friendly!

We loved the location, beds were comfortable, the house was clean and plenty of room for our family. The only issue I had with the house was the cookware! The baking sheets were rusty, pans were burnt/poorly cleaned both in the downstairs and upstairs kitchen, I couldn’t use them. There were plenty of cups/mugs, but the plastic dishes were damaged (knife gouging)from previous use, making them unsanitary to use.

It was a beautiful cabin and would book with again.
