Il bellissimo ranch rustico offre un paradiso per le vacanze sul lago! Mile marker 41. All'interno rinnovato di recente - così caldo e invitante. Tutti i comfort moderni. Elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La spaziosa sala da pranzo può ospitare 9 + 6, situata attorno a un imponente camino a gas in pietra accatastata. Grande cucina con 2 frigoriferi. Il nuovissimo bar in pietra accatastato al piano inferiore accanto al camino comprende due TV HD per gli appassionati di sport, tutte con vista sul lago. Tutti possono comodamente radunarsi nel salotto 16x40 che si affaccia su oltre 150 piedi di tutti gli angoli del lago. Abbiamo diverse aree all'aperto per far divertire tutti dal ponte all'area del patio stampata, che hanno tutte una splendida vista sul lago. La darsena ha un'area coperta di 27x15 per coloro che vogliono godersi la vita all'aria aperta e rilassarsi sui nostri mobili da giardino sezionali senza prendere il sole. L'altro lato ha un'area 38x12 per i bagnanti. Il dock ha abbastanza spazio per rendere tutti felici. Ne abbiamo uno a disposizione per il tuo soggiorno. Un sacco di letti crappie per quei pescatori. Alla griglia o arrosto s'mores mentre vi godete i boschi dal patio timbrato. Rete a schermo piatto HD. this house owner has 2 houses next door to each other. Perfect for the 4 families that came here for fourth of july weekend. Great views of the lake, awesome dock. But what i love is there is 2 large refridgerators in this house. So helpful for all the food and drinks we got for all the families. This is our 2nd time using these properties. The cots they have are also very handy for all the kids that came. Great time as usual and relaxing.

The house and property was perfect for our group of 9 moms. We take an annual trip and this space was perfect. It is definitely set up for large group gatherings. Lots of space for entertaining. We never felt crowded or trying to make room for anyone.
Jennifer was very responsive and informative to answer any of the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again if it's available when we book next year.

Our family had a short getaway over a long weekend. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen supplies to be plentiful. We loved having two refrigerators. It was a very nice getaway.

This was the perfect place for our friends from all over Missouri to meet. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and the dock. The space was open and spacious. Everything you could ever need for cooking in the kitchen. The downstairs bar area is fantastic along with the downstairs bathroom. The real star is the outdoor space of this home though. You can’t go wrong booking here and we plan to stay again next year.

The large windows in the living room gave a panoramic lake view. There were nice outdoor dining tables on the deck, patio, and dock all three. All details in the house were charming and complete for a large group. There were generous extra sleeping accommodations.
Minor issues: the check-in and check-out time are 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM a bit less generous than some. The Lily Pad (water toy) is an extra rental price. The ad is accurate, no complaints there, but it's an unexpected add on.

We were looking for a place for a group of ladies where we could stay and visit the entire weekend without leaving the property. This house has it all. The house accommodates large groups for meals, games, morning coffee and sitting and visiting. The dock is absolutely amazing. The sitting area accommodated the entire group. Extra refrigerator allowed for big meals planned ahead of time. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Will be visiting again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The dock and view from the Lake House were amazing. Our kids spent most of their time outside doing lots of swimming, floating and fishing. The house is very nice and the owners are doing a great job updating it. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice place to rent.
There is a lot of room in the house and especially on the new dock. We all loved the Wetsteps ladderson the dock. Since it is the main channel on Saturday the wakes were a little bigger but that didn't deter us from getting in the water. Jennifer is very easy and nice to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The home was just like the pictures showed. Behind the home has ample space to hang out and relax each evening. They were in the process of updating the dock when we visited to can't wait to see the finished product. Owners were easy to get ahold of if needed and made us feel welcome.

Lovely Ladies Weekend
This is a beautiful home! A couple of unexpected things but all understandable. The water jugs are not supplied so we didnt know what to with an empty water machine, communication was great, but couldnt figure out the stereo system! It was an amazing trip though and more than enough room to spread out.

Nicely remodeled home with outstanding lake views and nice combination of indoor and outdoor space. The house was as expected and the listing was accurate. It’s in a nice quiet location. We saw many deer on the road to the house. The owner was responsive and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the weekend in the house. We were frustrated that we could not sit outside on the deck or patio because the neighbor burned leaves and wood for the two days we were n the house. Plan to go back in the spring.
