This home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was so conveniently located to the mountain! We loved it

It was our first time to stay outside of the resort and we were pleasantly surprised. The shuttle stop to the lifts is a short walk. The unit was well stocked with dishes, toiletries, appliances, etc.

Loved the place. Very short distance from the lifts. Plenty of beds and very clean. Would go back again!

Booked it for my whole family, it had everything you could need to cook! It is important since we traveled with two small kids and they eat all the time! Large and comfortable- we had a great time! We also were able to watch the light and firework show from the balcony! Highly recommend!

The condo was large, sunny, and beautiful. The property manager, Charlotte, was sooooo helpful and responsive. We had a great long weekend in winter park!

The family of the groom got to enjoy this beautiful property while navigating wedding activities and enjoying peak Aspen leaf weekend. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, we enjoyed the common areas and we retreated to our rooms to rest. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the twin beds in the bunk room were reportedly rock hard and didn’t allow for good sleep.

this is a beautiful well maintained property. the workmanship of the town home was gorgeous, the furniture very nice, the staples in kitchen fantastic. in summer at least parking not an issue. would stay there again if we visit winter park again

Really enjoyed our family trip here. This is no AC, so it gets a little warm in the summer, but otherwise it was great

We loved the size of the property. It was very spacious and clean. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We had young children us so the toys were a nice touch. It was also a plus to have underground parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The only cons were: I was given the wrong code for the door. When I called I was given the correct code right away. The property was hot in the afternoon. The entry to the garage is very tight. Thank you!

Location was great! The condo looked just as ut did in the pictures! Wiuld definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!

Great place for a bigger crowd close to the slopes!

The experience was great. Place is beautiful. Lots and lots of room. The kitchen had everything. Paper towels, detergent, soap and dishwasher tablets. We didn’t need to get anything. The living room is so spacious. Shuttle is super close and the one shuttle dropped us at our steps. There are two flights of stairs at the unit but we decided we wanted more room and the place offered it. So if ur good with the steps I say book it. Steps didn’t bother us ! The garage was also great. Would come back. It’s one of the closest places to the base

This condo has comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. The walk from the base was a little far after skiing all day.

Very spacious and clean. Nice views with a deck. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Great experience!

Excellent weekend away. Loved being able to just go straight to the room without interacting with anyone. Amazing location, walking distance to all of the summer activities at Winter Park Resort.

Not much to elaborate except to say the property was exactly as advertised and in line with all the other stellar reviews. The gated covered parking was secure and really convenient. The living spaces were clean, comfy and stocked with so many extras (bedding, games, toys, books) that we probably could have accommodated a group twice as large and still been comfortable and entertained. All TVs had Rokus on them, WiFi was fast and reliable, kitchen well stocked ... really all the conveniences of home and then some. None of us in any way felt like we were on the road - that's the best compliment I can pay. Communication with Nick and Charlotte was great. The only things I would warn future renters about: There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the property, especially from the underground parking (you can bypass one flight if you drop people at street level). If you're not used to hiking at 9,000 ft, it could be strenuous for some. We had older parents with us so that was a consideration. The drive north into Winter Park from I-70 can get pretty dark and desolate at night. So my advice would be to get back from that side with a little daylight remaining, especially if you're not used to driving in the mountains. Approaching from the north seemed to be OK. Unavoidable items if you're in the mountains. Other than that, Winter Park and Fraser were delightful communities and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and pleasant in the summer w/o the big crowds. There is also a beautiful walking trail right below the condo lined with local art that will get you into town in 15-20 mins. Easy day trips into RMNP, Estes Park, Vail and Summit County. We've stayed in Summit County and Vail on several previous trips. Was quite pleased with the WP/Fraser area and exploring that part of CO. Wouldn't hesitate to come back or rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay. Place was comfortable and well equipped.

This property was perfect for our large family with all age ranges. Plenty of plates and all you need to cook a former meal for a crowd. The hot tub location is close enough to announce dinner is ready! Communication was fast and helpful from property management too.

This location is perfect if you are planning to ski at Winter Park! We however did not plan ahead and reserve gear and lift passes in time, but took the very short trip over to Granby and had a wonderful time skiing over there. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the local grocery stores. We also enjoyed tubing at Fraiser Tubing Hill, swimming at the Grand Park Community Rec Center, and the best part was just walking down the stairs to an amazing hot tub! It snowed about 12in while we were there and everything was cleared quickly and we never had to worry about getting stuck. We had a party of 10 and it was a perfect size for all of us. The kids loved the bunk beds! Very nice to have covered parking for 2 vehicles and reserved parking for another vehicle right outside. Great place to stay, would recommend!

Charlotte and her team were amazing!! No email went unnoticed and all questions were answered in a timely manner, even during the busiest time of year!

Property was great for a large family group.

Excellent property, everything you could possibly need is there. Comfortable beds, although, personally, I prefer true comforter covers to the double sheets with comforter in between. But that's being too picky. I just hope more owners embrace this bedding style, as it is more hygienic. Well stocked kitchen, enormous living space. Not a ski in/out, but pretty close to the base area for the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this Winter Park condo. The location was great and the accommodations worked perfectly for our family. We had plenty of space and were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner!

The condo was very clean and well organized. It came with everything we could have wanted. Evryone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We grilled steaks and had a wonderful meal together using the well stocked kitchen and the large dining table. The deck was a nice place to relax after a long hike. We couldn't have asked for more!

Nice rental with ample room and great location. Extra parking passes were a nice plus.
